We spent a fantastic week in August here this year . The Villa Ulivo is lovely - secluded , lovely pool , well equipped .best of all is the fact that it is part of a larger estate - and run by an incredible team of people - they made us feel part of the family. We will definitely return...

We travelled as a family of 8 and stayed at Casa Della Peonie in the Borgo. We arrived very later (after 11) when, of course, reception was closed but the team had told us excatly where to find the key and where to find the apartment. They'd even left a light on for us. When we woke up in the...

This was our second visit here to exactly the same apartment. They are well appointed with great air conditioning and super views from the terrace and the pools over the hills and the bay of Alghero. We enjoyed the daily walk down the hill to reception to buy our breakfast needs, taking in the wildlife and farm animals. Roma and...

We stayed at Monte Sixeri for two weeks in August 2016. Upon arrival we were greeted by Chiara who was helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. In fact even before we stayed she was more than helpful with the information she provided and couldn't do enough to help us. We stayed in the Palme apartment which is one of...

Great location on top of the hill, beautifully kept, several pools, lovely staff! We stayed in 'Villa Ginestre', lovely little cottage with fully equipped kitchen (loved the little extras like the small bottle of olive oil from the owner's own production), well functioning air conditioning and cozy terrace. Our children loved the pool and the animals and we all enjoyed...

We had a terrific stay at Monte Sixeri. There was plenty space for the 4 of us (inc 2 teenagers) in two adjoining apartments. We enjoyed the pool and farm tour/BBQ. All lovely until the final 10 mins when, on checking out, Roma asked me to pay again for two things I had already paid for. Recommend you keep receipts...

We stayed in the appartement Palme on the ground floor. Great house with 2 large bedrooms. In front of house was a spacious garden with 2 tables and a bbq space. And a swimmingpool to share with 3 other houden. At the farm there were small kittens (our children loved it), 2 dogs, donkeys etc. When we arrived we had...

Really nice country estate with great views(at least if you are staying in the borgo). Perfect for kids, there are farm animals, playgrounds and pools. The only slight downside was the noise level between the apartments. Fortunately we had really calm neighbours so it didn't bother us too much. I was more concerned about our kids making noise.

Staff arranged a barbecue for all, with a visit around the farm, and delicious home reared pork and sausage with plenty of wine and soft drinks. Algeria a quaint town with lots of places to eat plus boat trips to suit all. Scenery in Sardinia not to be missed, saw griffin vultures and Eagles on our travels.

Visited multiple times since 2014 and we keep coming back. This area of Sardinia is great and Monte Sixeri makes for the best visit you can imagen. Private, all amenities you could ask for (even poolside WiFi should you ask ), and staff that really make the difference. Best place you can find in the area.
