We were very very very pleasantly surprised to arrive at this high-end, classy hotel, as the price was so affordable and cheap for what we perceived as a great, five star, classy and luxurious hotel We definitely felt that it was great value for what we got for the hotel room and position. The hotel is five star, reception is...

We were there for three nights. Our first night was not so pleasant since we were coughing all night due to the dust. On the morning we asked to change rooms to one which was without dust, they said the only alternative was to upgrade with a 50% addition to the price of the room. We understood that this was...

Dear Guest, thank you for your time and your review, I am very sorry for your disappointment and for room but I am sure that is not depended on the powder (our rooms are always carefully cleaned and sanitized). We booked this hotel for our last night in Puglia, overnight to catch an early flight in Bari. When we arrived in the palace hotel ,we very nicely surprised by the welcome of Mimi at reception. While we thought we arrived in 'Fawlty Towers' , we played the game and that was truly funny. But she was very very helpful...

I've only had an overnight at this very nice hotel in the middle of one of Bari's main streets but it was sufficient to appreciate the comfort and relaxation that it has to offer. A very spacious lobby makes the first good impression. The room was not the biggest I have seen but was crispy clean and with an aristocratic...

The Palace Hotel is great. The decor is a bit dated, but the rooms are good size (by European standards), beds are comfy, breakfast buffet was the best we've had i. Europe (lived here for 20 years and traveled a lot) and the staff was wonderful. We took a cruise and when we returned to Bari I was quite ill....

Stayed one night, arriving late from Bari Airport, taxi 25€ for four people. Basic but comfortable and clean room (525) with small balcony area. Bed fine, towels OK and good shower. We ate at the Murat Terrace restaurant. Quite pricey but views over to the floodlit castle. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and an amazing table dedicated...

We were greeted by Mimmi on Reception who was just lovely. Warm and helpful. The decor of the hotel is very old and tired. The bedroom itself was pretty poor and really needed an update. The AC unit was next to useless, pillows way to soft and bed uncomfortable. There were wires exposed behind the AC control unit. The bathroom...

The service at the reception desk is top level - politeness, efficiency, rapidness & friendliness. We stayed for one night, and then another 2. Thus, we had to do the check-in procedure twice. On our second arrival since they obviously knew about us, we were greeted with luggages (which we left at the hotel) already in our rooms. Perfect The...

We loved staying here. The location is very good - just outside the old town. The reception staff was very welcoming and attentive. The room was nice with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a very good and spacious shower. The breakfast room was large, and there was a lot to choose from. I only wish italian hotel rooms...
