This was my second time staying at the Hotel Mary, so I could visit my son stationed at Caserme Ederle. This time I had a few other family members with me. The staff at the Hotel Mary went out of their way to ensure that we have everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay... More

The thing about Hotel Mary, it's what you pay for. The rooms are pretty cheap so I can't complain. The location is good, if you want to go downtown Vicenza or to the Train station a bus is right outside the hotel and will take you right there. If you're being stationed here with the military they have military rates... More

During my first night in a single (small room) the AC made a terrible loud noise all night. When I requested a room change the front desk was very prompt and quickly found a more suitable larger room and was very apologetic for my bad nights sleep. However, the breakfast buffet made up for the bad night of sleep. What... More

MaryAngela and Donato are two of the finest people you will meet in Vicenza. They are goth always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your requests and they both speak English well enough to carry on a long conversation. Breakfast is mostly a carb-heavy continental with meat and cheese and some warm eggs and to round it out.... More

I spent three nights here with my wife. Our double room was on the second floor. Room was tight and the shower was incredibly tight but we had access to a huge rooftop terrace so we could move around when we needed to. Hotel is VERY clean. One of the cleanest that I have ever seen. Daily maid service. That... More

The service I experienced was very good. The desk receptionist (Donato) was welcoming and friendly. Eager to serve make your experience a enjoyable one. Explain any questions you may have to make you comfortable. I liked my room but space was a factor, the bathroom was very small. Free buffet breakfast (hot and cold). The location was close to work... More

We had a pleasant stay here and enjoyed getting to know the staff . They were willing to help and offered local information . The area around the hotel has a produce store , wines and cheese shop, bus tickets / stops. ......And an amazing gellato shop across the street !!!!! This hotel is a very easy walk from the... More

This was my family's first home in Italy. We stayed here for 10 days when I first PCSed. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is phenomenal. The rooms are small but we were lucky enough to get two. The air conditioning worked well. It is an easy walk to Ederle and right across the street from Vaniglia Gelateria which... More

This was the first hotel stay during my very first visit to Italy. The rooms were very clean, of a decent size, reasonably priced, and the Internet was pretty speedy. It's also walking distance to USAG Vicenza and some pretty good restaurant too. But what really made this a memorable stay was the very friendly and helpful staff. They even gave... More
