While this property is centrally located, the hotel itself is overrated and its customer service is lacking. Our experience was quite negative. There were multiple emails (to Giulia Ranoldi) and phone calls to confirm parking and the permission to drive in the restricted zone. There were reassurances from hotel staff that they would contact the authorities with our license tag... More

Dear Mrs.Virginia, I'm very sorry of what happened but you stayed in our Relais on January and you send me an e-mail on June; I've asked you to sent me the verbale (the police's report) and you didn't, answering me back on September. We neither don't know exactly in which area you passed trought: infact the road allowed in the... More

Everything you want in a boutique hotel in Italy: great location just 3 blocks from the Piazza dei Signora; quiet, despite the central location; clean, comfortable room; very attentive and helpful staff (especially with parking on site); excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in a beautifully refurbished town house in a quiet street. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with nice touches like fresh milk and biscuits to go with the tea making facilities. Good bathrooms with nice showers, too. Breakfast is in a cleverly created room with a glass ceiling and a glass floor - and it is... More

I just came back from my vacation to Italy, during which we had stayed at the Relais Santa Corona for one night. We were a family of three, so we had booked the Camera Tripla (Triple Room) – two double rooms connected by one common bathroom. One room came with a double bed (normal ceiling + balcony), and the other... More

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for a week in May while we were visiting the Veneto region. The number 1 thing that has to be said about this hotel is the location: I don't think I've ever been in a hotel this quiet and near the city centre. It's amazing that it can get that hushed at... We were very happy at the Relais Santa Corona. The room, while smallish, was well appointed and modern. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are charming and helpful. Best of all, it is one minute's walk to the Corso Palladio (the Main Street since Roman times), or five to the Teatro Olimpio or the Piazza dei Signori. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights following reading several reviews on tripadvisor, every positive was true. Fantastic location for walking around the city centre, yet peacefully quiet at night. Extensive breakfast menu, clean, modern, comfortable at a reasonable price. Our flight was put back but we were able to leave our bags at the hotel for the day no problem,... More

Relais Corona is a wonderful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great location near everything, great free breakfast and the room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vicenza.
