Thanks Companion9772 for the wonderful review. So glad to met You and hoping to welcome You next time. Sure You've highlighted one of the aspects most appreciated by our welcome Guests: a quiet location, close to the center and the main attractions, without having the problems of traffic and noise of the center. Thanks a lot and CIAO!

We booked this apartment after reading the good reviews and we weren't disappointed, great location, only 5 minute walk over the river and you're in the heat of Verona. The apartment was really clean and modern and spacious- we had a large kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with bunk bed

Mr. Gance and family accompanied by another family of their friends came to our two apartments. Gance's friends regularly booked for 4 people and were very happy with their stay. Gance booked for only 2 people(to spare money) and checked-in in 4 people of his family, saying that he did not want to pay for the two people more than the reservation explained. We pointed out to Mr. Gance - as regularly done by their friends - that reservations are based on the number of guests. Gance replied that he did not want to pay and threatened to make a negative review as a retaliation, as he did. Gance's friends and family was in visible difficulty and was ashamed of the behavior of their family boss Mr. Gance. Mr.Gance's friends apologized for the behavior of their "friend". We feel correct not to stay under the threat of such people who can write what they want cause their fraudulent behavior. Never met in 20 years of fantastic experience with people coming from all over the world to stay in our apartment, such a "person"!

"Two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds. Steps up to the villa. Excellent air conditioning/wi-fi."
"Really close to old town, Teatro Romano."
"Don't waste your money going into the Verona Arena, its just a stone wall with a centre of dirt. It is nothing like the Coloseum in Rome or the Ampetheatre in Arles, France. Save your 6 euro and use it to buy 3 gelato, at least you will feel satisfied. Take a look from the outside, you won't see much more inside."
"If you are asked for the room with the balcony, ask to see it. They are teeny and, in my opinion, not worth the 10 euros extra. But, you may want the access to the outside."
"Ask for the upstairs room, if you are a light sleeper. Whilst there, walk the half hour to the station and get a coach to Sirmione, Lake Garda, you will not regret it."
