We spent an afternoon in Verona before driving to Venice late that evening. Due to an unsafe encounter in venice for 2 women we turned back and booked a room at Hotel Bologna having seen it earlier in the day. You will not be disappointed. The room consisted of 2 small rooms One with a King bed dresser with built...

Easy 15 minute walk from station where airport shuttle bus drops you off. The hotel was easy to find being so close to the Arena. We arrived early off the Ryanair flight about 10.45 am but the reception staff were very friendly and English speaking and checked us in. They were happy to store our bags and put them in...

The best thing about this hotel is the location, right on the doorstep of "The Arena" and lots of good restaurants. It has been refurbished nicely but the lack of room is something of a concern. The bed nearly took up the whole room and we were worried about stubbing our toes on the timber bed base all the time. The shower in...

This is the place to stay while in Verona. It's location is ideal and central. Rooms are poorly furnished with old bits and pieces and smallish is size. Bathroom is also small and hardly a place to trun and limited in its aminities. Breakfast was average and service was good. No place to park your car and the hotel arranges...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean and cosy room. Shopping street is just around the the corner. Walking distance to arena, piazza bra, piazza erbe and julyet's house. Definetely will stay here again if we visit verona again.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here for three nights and found the staff to be really helpful and professional. Our room was clean and well kept. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the centre and all the shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I (from the USA) have been traveling around Italy and have stayed in several hotels on our trip. Without a doubt, Hotel Bologna is the best we have encountered so far. The hotel is recently renovated, with very nice amenities and very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are very clean and detail oriented with comfortable beds...

We booked Hotel Bologna for 2 nights and we're delighted when we discovered just how close we were to the Verona arena and Piazza Bra. The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms well appointed. The staff were very helpful and made our friend's birthday special. The breakfast buffet offered a great deal of variety and good quality food. We...

The hotel is superbly located for the arena and centre of town. The hotel decor is lovely and modern, the rooms are light and spacious, the bathrooms are good with luxurious toiletries. The breakfast was a highlight with a good selection of foods including honey on the honeycomb and delicious coffee. Despite all of these good points, this hotel was...

Hotel Bologna was a great place to stay for our first time in Verona. Paolo greeted us at the front desk as soon as we walked in and was very helpful and professional. Maribel was also very courteous and politely answered any questions we had. The actual room was very modern and well decorated. Perhaps it was the particular style...
