Great experience. Lication is very convenient. It took about 15 to get from A4 highway to the hotel and 10 min walk to the downtown. Be carefull with Parking. We got a ticket for less than 7 min. Overall it was very pleasant and friendly place.

We were staying in Verona for a family wedding and were in the annexe of this hotel. The room was pleasant, but there was no hospitality tray as you get in many hotels, but there was a very expensive mini-bar - we were charged 15 Euros for two cans of Fanta orange at a time when the Euro practically matched... We were in the "economy" room, which was situated across the street. When we arrived the receptionist was busy, but not welcoming in any way. The room was pokey and small, although clean. Moreover very noisy, around us and above us. It was pleasant... I thought it was over expensive for what we got and would not recommend. I goto... More

We found this to be a very reasonably priced hotel, very close to the Arena. The style was very modern and clean. The bathroom was huge. We found the staff very helpful. For breakfast the next morning we had to go to their sister hotel further down the street

Booked into Hotel Marco Polo, close to Arena. 40th wedding anniversary treat Poor attitude at reception no smile or welcome- treated as 2nd class citizens, Given room in annexe, we were not informed about the hotel bar and was moved from a table at breakfast to make room for another (Italian ) guest. Totally humiliated will never return.

Very friendly welcome when we arrived . Our rooms were not ready but they happily stored our cases and we went for a delicious pizza in the restaurant across the road .When we returned we were given a local map and some recommendations for local restaurants . Only fault we can find with hotel was not enough coat hangers !... More

Everything about the Marco Polo was very good, this 3*** hotel has a 4**** feel. The hotel is about 15 minutes leisurely walk from the Verona arena. The Marco Polo is in two buildings some 60 metres apart, both on Via San Antonio, but the reception desk entrance is by the plants pots opposite the restaurant/pizzeria. The taxi deposited me... Very nice hotel. But the pic on booking.com looks much more nicer than in real life. But you have what you need. The Cleaning lady was so nice. Breakfasts lady and man very nice they serve good cappuccino. Man in the reception to busy. Waking distance to city center
