Couple travelling four days. Well placed to visit all major attractions, good sized rooms which ate cleaned daily with fresh towels. Excellent buffet breakfast 24 hour reception Had a fantastic stay would recommend highly and stay again if re visiting

Junior Suite room was beautiful, large bathroom, complimentary bottle of prosecco there when we checked in. Breakfast buffet was the nicest we had in Italy. Staff was very helpful with directions and they let you store luggage after checkout.

Oh sorry the stop is the alley right next to the hotel, some hotels have a boat dock platform however opening Ca' Alvise does not. They also do not have a elevator
