Luxury Guest House in the heart of Venice. The address evokes a discrete air of privilege. A delightful corner in St. Marco area. Occupies a beautiful & tranquil corner. All our rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, minibar and satellite TV. Each one has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Buffet breakfast, including fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, etc.

I stayed in the Luxury suite room and there is 2 rooms (exept the bathroom) and the big room is more or less the main room that I used for daily life, the other room was more used as storage room. The room is very quiet and the hotel is situated near Rialto but from the big tourist places so it feels more like you walk to you own private home. The room is clean and the toilet and shower is working fine with nice hot and cold water. Plenty of electrical outlets and the internet/wifi worked the whole time I visited the hotel. Since many rooms in Venice is small I do recommend to stay at a location that offers a little bigger room, dont be afraid if the room is called luxury suite etc. cause its worth the money since you have a freedom and also more space. The staff at this hotel is very nice, since this was my 16th time to Venice since 2006, I did not need any info about the city etc. but Im sure that they are more than helpful to answer all your questions. I do recommend the hotel. I had no breakfast in the price but there is plenty of restaurants and shops around and I had a small fridge in my room where I could have all my breakfast food.

Palazzo San Luca has a perfect location close to San Marco square, Rialto, nice shops and the Vaporetto which made it a great spot for us looking to explore the city but not walking endlessly with young children in our company. We really appreciated to have a family room with two bedrooms, one double bed and two singles. Comfortable beds and beddings. Nice and spacious. However, not a lot of closet space, but for a few days it is no big deal. The reception was very friendly and gave us great local tips on what to do, suggested a trip to the beach in Lido di Venezia when temperatures were climbing, and they also ordered a mini van for us to get to the airport. All smoothly communicated on WhatsApp. They replied to our questions any time of day. Palazzo San Luva is more a collection of rooms than a hotel, in a quiet area. There is not bar og restaurant in the hotel, but who needs that? In Italy one should always have breakfast in the nearest local bar which always is better than hotel breakfast. 30 meters away was a bustling bar in which we appreciated great coffee and croissants amongst local business women/men and workers doing the same. More authentic than anything else. We would come back here on our next visit, and recommend to anyone who wants great place at good value for money.

Palazzo San Luca was a wonderful stay. We had the Gray Room and were surprised at how large it was (felt like an apartment) with a separate living room space.

The location of the hotel is amazing, so easy to get to (we arrived by train, took the water bus to the Rialto stop and only walked about 5 min from there making it super convenient when lugging around bags).

The staff was super helpful and friendly going as far as reaching out to provide detailed instructions on how to arrive, making themselves fully available via WhatsApp for us to send them any questions.

They also proactively shared restaurant recommendations.

Great spot overall!

My stay at Palazzo San Luca has been one of the best experiences ever. The staff is amazing, amiable and knowkledgeable, ready to help every step of the way both before and during your stay, giving out useful directions and suggestions to better navigate the city of Venice. The Suite I stayed at was fully furnished, well positioned - just a few minutes away by walking from the Grand Canal; the room amenities all high quality (softest towels I've ever tried). I would absolutely recommend and come back again.

We stayed there for 3 days on last floor in a very strange room - it was a room in th attic. I could only stay straigth in limited area of the room but it was great with the terrace. We could have coffee in the morning on it overlooking the roofs of venice houses. The service was perfectly prepared for Covid situation. One top for the owners - if you put coffee machines in the room make sure there's coffee for guests - small thing but makes it even nicer.

I originally booked at Palazzo san Luca for the location and I wanted to stay in a hotel where everyone had a lovely room to stay in. There were 5 of us ranging in age from 67 to 7. 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child. I would have a room of my own, my daughter would stay with her youngest child and the 2 teenagers would share a room, I booked and then was informed (not asked) that we had been allocated a ground floor apartment in San Polo. I looked on the website and the ground floor apartment looked fine although not in the location originally chosen with 3 double bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. It looked fine. We arrived and were given directions, the entry numbers and directions and then 'informed' that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and not the ground floor. On arrival there were no lifts and many stairs - over 3 flights. Whilst we are fit, if one of us had a mobility problem it would have been impossible. Once we had caught our breath (the last 12 stairs are the killer), and dragged our luggage up the stairs we inspected the apartment to find that the 3rd bedroom was a loft space with a spiral ladder and double mattress on the floor. Not suitable for myself nor my daughter and young granddaughter who may have fallen through the gap should she have got up in the night to go to the bathroom. Luckily the 2 teenagers opted to sleep in the loft. I was disappointed. There were no instructions to be found about the apartment nor any on where to put rubbish (there were 3 mystery bins under the sink) or where to take our rubbish for collection. There did not appear to be anyone else living in the building other than us in the apartment. I had ordered some wine for us to have on arrival but that was not there and I had to ask for it to be delivered. There was no corkscrew to be found once the wine had arrived so I had to ask for that too the following day. All communication was by text message and at no time did anyone call us to see if we were OK. All in all we did have a lovely time in Venice but the accommodation was not as advertised unfortunately. I feel we had been allocated the apartment to get us away from other guests which may have been staying in the place we had wanted to stay in the first place. This was supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip to celebrate the birthdays of my three grandaughters. We had an amazing time in Venice itself and San Polo is an interesting area but not what I had booked for. I will return to Venice but will not book with this company again.

This hotel was a great find, we had the corner apartment which is about 100 metres round the corner from the main building, it was a large two bedroomed apartment with air con, a large well appointed bathroom with shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was perfect, it was 2 or 3 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge, and under 10 minutes to San Marc's Square. The service was faultless too, staff were great with superb communication from start to finish.
Would definitely recommend.

Palazzo San Luca Is a great option for a party of 4 , It has a great location as It Is very near from the Rialto bridge which Will be one of the key points along your trip not only because It Is the boat station you Will use to move to several points of interest as well as to Santa Lucia train station upon Arrival and departure yo Venice.
Rialto bridge Is also the most used bridge to cross from one side of venice to the other so Palazzo San Luca location Is great!
Me my 2 daughters and my wife stayed at a 2 room aparment which was really nice , great comfortable beds , 1 bathroom , the room was well equiped with a great coffee machine for which the staff leaves 4 capsules per day of an amazing venice coffee , small refrigerator in case you want to get some beverages (beer, water, soda, wine, etc)
A nice detail by the staff Is that they get you to choose a bottle of wine (red/white) which Is a gift on their behalf so you can enjoy a nice romantic moment with your loved ones!
At last there Is a nice small restaurant named VERDE bistro with great pastas and kind of italian tapas , excelent draft beers and wine which Is literally around the corner which makes It pretty convenient to have specially after a long day walk when you want to eat nice and crawl up to your apartament.
We Will definitely come back to Palazzo San Luca!

Our family of four with two small children stayed for two nights in a two bedroom apartment in April. The apartments are located in a separate building to Palazzo San Luca, called Ca’ Luca. Our apartment was very clean, extremely large and with all conveniences required - fitted out kitchen with coffee machine, capsules and fridge. The location is very close to the Rialto bridge and was close to everything.
The children loved people watching from the little balconies at the people busily walking past. Our host also included a free trip to Murano and tour which was fantastic! Grazie mille!
