We spent 2 nights at the Palazzo Cendon on our recent trip to Italy. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection of fruits, pastries, yogurt, juices, teas and coffee. The location is a convenient 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel has an "Old World" feel while providing modern day comfort. The staff was extremely accommodating and provided appreciated recommendations on nearby restaurants.

Our room was exactly as shown on Expedia. A nice balcony with a beautiful view! A very comfortable bed and a traditional Italian breakfast. Agata and the other girls at the front desk were very helpful and provided great service!

Palazzo Cendon - Il Piano Nobile Mezzanine just under the roof of palazzo built in 1473, as they say. A wonderful, not ordinary type of hotel premises with over 500 years old history, whatever it was. It a quiet location just minutes away from crowds, 10-15 minutes walk from central railway station Santa Lucia. We had a Superior triple room overlooking a channel and a quay. A very peaceful and soothing premise, elegantly equipped with antique and quasi-antique furniture. The heavy showerhead delivers bold streams of water washing away problems. There are minor flaws such as small and inefficient fridge, no cups and a kettle on demand. The staff is polite and intelligent, there’s even their own Mary Poppins who looks after breakfast. A breakfast is just ok. The charm of the place outweighs all little imperfections. Recommended.

I stayed here with my husband for 4 nights in September. It's close enough to the centre however far enough away from the noise. The staff are great and very helpful. Room was nice and bathroom was spacious. There was a fridge and safe in our room, both free of charge.

We enjoyed a four day break in The Palazzo Cendon. The hotel has a perfect location. Easy to get to from the airport and a good starting place for many of the sights in Venice. We were warmly welcomed to the hotel by the charming staff who spoke very good English. We had a lovely room on the second floor which was easily accessable by the lift. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable with a good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with fresh bread, fruit, yogurts, ham and cheese and cereals available. A member of staff brought a breakfast tray to our room on the last day because of our early departure. We plan to return to this hotel next year and are confident that we will be well looked after once again. Stanley and Linda
