A truly lovely and super friendly hotel. The garden was beautiful - all lit up at night and by day could spend ages looking out on the grand canal and people crossing the station bridge. The room was very spacious and lovely, with a view over the side canal. All the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. All round a super stay. I'd go again.

Hotel's Favorite
A very short walking distance from the train station you enter the hotel through a very nice garden and you are welcome by a very friendly staff und you are hit by the atmosphere of a greatly renovated palace. We avoided the lift because wandering through the house is a further pleasure. So was the room (208): generously big suite, very stylish though modern furnished, wonderful view over a garden to the Canal Grande and a private terrace.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Certain rooms are situated on the canal with views of the gondolas going by with tourists. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is situated on a quiet campo within easy walking distance of the train station. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The grounds were beautiful, with a garden right on the Grand Canal. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is that the breakfast offered was expensive and mediocre.

Ca'Nigra, is where comfort, elegance, history and luxury are perfectly blended to create nothing short of a magical experience! Centrally located yet privately buffered with amazing rose garden / manicured grounds allows guests to enjoy the verve of the grand canal without being besieged by its flurry of activity. This well appointed and very clean exclusive boutique hotel has outstanding service, gracious staff and an ambience right out of a fairy tale.

This was a return stay at the Ca' Nigra. I have stayed other places in Venezia and will not ever stay anywhere else again. The staff, garden on the Grand Canal, location, amenities and breakfasts are all outstanding. I do not need to look further.

Convenient location to the airport and water taxis. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Opposite side of the island from St. Marks square but still walkable - use your map app on smartphone because it is easy to get turned around and lost.

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. Narchusa from the front desk was great. He would make us reservations at night for dinner. He is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was well supplied with a variety. The garden was set up nicely and nice to sit by the canal and watch the boats go by. Would stay here again when visiting Venice.

We had a great stay at the hotel which is located on the Grand Canal. The garden overlooking the Canal is an oasis from the hectic part of Venice - a beautiful place for a relaxing drink, snack or breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was fitted out in a very original style - the only minor issue was the bed was a little uncomfortable. It is easy to access the vaporetto station & the St. Lucia train station . Would stay again!

Hotel was lovely. Room was very spacious and clean. Garden was fantastic - even in the rain LOL. Perfect way to enjoy the Grand Canal but we were away from all of the crowds. Super short walk to trainstation. Hint if you are coming in from the train - there are porters that will help you get your luggage over the bridge. Our porter walked us all the way to the hotel which was a godsend.
