The room was ok but the beds incredible small although the bedding was clean. The cleaner, the towels not changed, what we had put on the floor more than adequate, was neatly hung and they were wet and dirty. also we got no more SOAP and shampoo. We had to go complain at the reception every evening, and then we got clean towels and SOAP. And there were almost no clothes hangers. The breakfast... More

Ok here we go. When we arrived the man on duty was very helpful, the room was very dated and not especially clean but for the price it was ok. The big problem with this place is the absolute rip off when it comes to booking a taxi to the airport. I asked for a taxi. They said ok but... More

When we arrived at the hotel everything seemed perfectly fine. The guy at the reception was friendly and nice. The room was old, the shower head in the bathroom was broken, there was only sheets on the bed (no blanket) and there was 2 simple beds put next to each other. But that was not what we got disappointed. When... More

We stayed one night in this hotel on route to Bologna. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean. Far better than we had expected given other reviews. However, it was so cold all night that we hardly slept a wink. Even with the air-con turned to warm it was freezing cold. There is no duvet on... More

The room is decent with standard facilities. Wifi did not reach my room in second floor. Hard to follow rules and substandard hospitality toward guests. However, the breakfast was okay. Near to airport as well as near to vus access to venice and tram to Mestre station.
