Perfect is the only word to use. It’s our first time in Venice and this hotel made it feel magical from the start. Beautiful inside and outside and the staff super helpful every step, even on WhatsApp before we arrived. It’s so quiet yet only a short walk to the main canals which made us feel calm and relaxed. We would have loved tea and coffee making facilities in the room but everything else was so great, it didn’t really matter. We’d absolutely stay here again and great value for money.

Everything from arrival to departure I felt so welcomed and all the staff were extremely attentive to seeing to anything I needed assistances with. The breakfast was delicious, I would say the coffee was really good. Its only a short walk to get to the main square and also to the train station and bus station.

This is a real gem. The hotel is very comfortable with a luxurious feel, and the staff are excellent and friendly. The breakfast was five stars! There are great views and many areas to sit and relax. We will be booking again for our next visit to Venice.

Was absolutely blown away by this hotel we could not have chose better and such great value for money. Hotel is in a great location in a quieter part of venice which was great to come back at the end of a busy day and have peace and quiet but still lots of good bars and restaurants a street or two away. hotel was spotless and staff really friendly and helpful, breakfast had great choice and value for money so was good start to the day. we stayed in room 209 and have to say it surpassed our expectations, although we did not have a view the room was huge and so comfortable. if i had to make one negative it was that the drinks in the bar were so expensive which was a real shame as we would have used the bar every evening but instead went to other local bars which were half the price. would definately stay here again

This was our third visit to this hotel and it was very good once again. Very clean towel changed every day .The breakfast is excellent also the coffee was great Another good test for a good breakfast was the fresh orange was proper orange not the diluted undrinkable you get in some Hotels. The staff are all lovely and helpful. Also if you go to St Marc's Square it's getting renovated at the moment and is not a pretty sight .We did lots of steps and got lost as usual. Good tip go on the Guru tour of the Venice you dont see it free but give the guide a good tip. Ours was called Francesco

Everything about this hotel is spot on. The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. I felt very valued as a guest. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All the facilities were excellent. Although no tea making facilities initially in the room I only needed to ask for a tray in reception and it was then refreshed daily.

Excellent hotel in a great location away from the main tourist areas, near to local bars and restaurants with a local feel but also conveniently located for all the main attractions and transport links. Highly recommend this Hotel when in Venice.
