Second visit to the hotel. Which was lovely once again. NELLA at breakfast was a lovely person. The man in the bar was also very nice. The thing was we went at the wrong time 8 March .Easyjet shouldn't have flew us out .Everything was closed and all the restaurants closed at 6.WE ONLY got back by the skin of our teeth thanks to our daughters. We had to get the train to milan and got one of the last flights back. So not a great holiday. I don't think we will be going back for awhile .JUST HOPE THIS CORONA VIRUS IS SORTED OUT SOON. VERY SAD ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE DIED YOU DON'T REALISE HOW MUCH YOU LOVE YOUR COUNTRY TILL YOU NEED TO GET HOME

Travelled alone with my 2 children to visit family in Venice. The hotel was very clean and well equipped. The staff are very friendly. The bar is overpriced which is to be expected. If you are vegetarian or a non pork eater then you will certainly feel let down by the breakfast lay out. They serve the ham and cheese laying on top of each other and the eggs are served in the same pot as the bacon. Other than that you have the option of pastries, bread, warm yogurt and fruit. My trip to Venice went slightly off schedule with the arrival of storm Ciara and my flight was rescheduled by 2 nights extra. I decided against staying at this hotel for an additional 2 days and found a lovely apartment on the same a street as Amori for half the price. I cancelled my water taxi with the reception as soon as I found out about the flight cancellation. Upon check out the next day I was hit with €70 for the cancelled taxi. When I refused to pay this fee the manager was rude and told me 'nobody asked you stay in a star hotel if you can't afford it' and stormed off. Don't waste your money and stay in an airbnb where you can have more space, feel more comfortable and live like a local.

Just had a wonderful 4 night stay in Venice with my man, staying at this beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely with a stylish Moorish theme throughout. Our room, although not the biggest was clean and tended to everyday. There was unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room, but we were given everything we needed on request and was topped up everyday! We were also slightly disappointed that our bed was two singles put together, but again on mention, we were offered another room if we wished, we declined as we only had a couple of nights to go and to idle to move our stuff!!!! Breakfast was plentiful and very well presented, everything was fresh and well stocked, with a wide choice, something for all tastes. Our evenings were spent in the hotel bar, which I have to say were all great evenings....thanks to Bobo, behind the bar. What a lovely attentive man...making our drinks with care, attention and a lovely smile. I can honesty say that he made a great difference to our holiday, and the hotel and our evenings wouldn’t have been the same without him!!! Thank you Bobo...you have contributed to some really happy fun memories for us!!!! So all in all I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again if we ever return to this beautiful city.....would have been 4 stars if not for Bobo..

I’d booked the stay for myself and my mum for her birthday, this was our first visit to Venice and we couldn’t have had a better stay ! Room was amazing, we stayed in a superior room with balcony - stunning even in the winter months. Breakfast is delicious, location is perfect ! Away from the hustle of the main canal, walking distance to everywhere - not that you have many alternatives of transportation :) The hotel provides a complimentary one way trip to Murano and facilitates bookings for concerts ! A special mention to Lorenzo, Bobo and Bubaker, thank you for an amazing customer service ! Definitely recommend and hopefully we will be returning soon ! Esma and Elkian

This was our last stop on our tour of Italy. And this place did not disappoint, it was easy to get to and the staff was super helpful. Before hand I emailed and asked for an upgrade on our room if possible and they were very accommodating.
