Great hotel in Venice. Beautiful rooms with amazing views. Water taxi stops right outside, breakfast was lovely and plentiful, my second visit and would recommend and return if I came again. Thankyou for having us
After staying at two large chain hotels, our final stop in Venice at Sina Palazzo was pretty close to perfect. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the area and helpful. It was particularly nice touch with our early evening arrival after a day of travel for the maid to visit the room and see if we needed anything. Breakfast was excellent and included expresso beverages. Location next to the water taxi stop was great. Highly recommend.
We just loved the location in Venice and would come back tomorrow. Hotel and our room was excellent. Breakfast very nice to start your day. Staff were very friendly and nothing was any trouble. Thanks
Location, Staff, Facility and Amenities were all top shelf. The hotel was a welcome retreat from the hustle and crowds that are Venice in August. The quiet room and attentive staff were just what we were looking for after our full days exploring the city. Easy access to transportation and Restaurants was simple to figure out.
Our two adult children and their spouses stayed with us to start a family vacation. Long before our our arrival the staff was gracious and very accommodating to our needs. Barbara, Marco, Lamberto and Ambra went above and beyond to make our visit in Venice and onto our cruise very memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for customer service, cleanliness and location . Superb in every way! Deborah
We had an enjoyable stay. It's a great location with 10 minute walk to St. Mark's square. If needed, water taxi is next door. Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast staff was very pleasant ( Houria and Jose). There's an option to sit outside in the gorgeous courtyard for breakfast too. We had a beautiful suite with canal view and balconies. I loved that the balconies had padding. I enjoyed standing on the balcony and having this extra comfort. There's a bar and tables are available outside on the water - just another great feature of this hotel. The only downside of our room was I had no Wifi during our stay. It worked in the lobby and I assume it was a WiFi issue with our corner suite, room 116.
First time in Venice, perfect location and very nice hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had daily breakfast which was very good. Staff was attentive and pleasant. It in a quiet location with access to all your needs.
Stayed here for three days and had a very nice stay. The staff was helpful getting us checked in and helped with our luggage. The room was decent sized and we had a view of side canal. We could see the grand canal if you stick your head out the window. The breakfast was decent. The only complaint was the internet was so slow as be useless. As long as you don’t need much speed you are fine but if you need to work it would be a problem.
Arriving by water taxi at the private jetty we were immediately welcomed to the hotel. and assisted with our luggage. We were upgraded to a junior suite and had a lovely view of a small canal and could also see onto the Grand Canal. The room was spacious and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely surprise. the jacuzzi bath was great to relax in after a day spent walking around the sights. It is easy to access all the main sights either on foot or by vaporetta. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast room is small it never seemed crowded and there was a good choice of items available including fresh fruit, cooked items lovely pastries and a large tart. Staying here helped to make our first trip to Venice everything we had hoped for.…
Top notch service and perfect location on Grand Canal- close to great restaurants and shopping. Suites are very spacious , very clean and great view on the canal - worth the extra few dollars- staff is wonderful and provides 5 star service !
