This hotel was fabulous, staff were fantastic and went above and beyond, great location away from the crowds but just a short walk to attractions, I can't speak highly enough of this hotel, very clean, modern but authentic, I recommend this hotel to anyone reading this review, you won't be dissapointed
Excellent! Wonderful stay! The hotel is modern and really clean! Checked in by very polite, helpful and welcoming reception. The weather throughout our stay was glorious and very hot. Our room was air conditioned and kept really cool and comfortable throughout. It’s situated at the top of the island so a short walk or boat to the main attractions but there is still plenty lovely shops and restaurants in the immediate area. We enjoy a good holiday walk so has no issues with the location. It’s also only a 10 minute stroll to the train station if you’re going on to anywhere else. Our first time in Venice and we will definitely be back and would be more than happy to stay here when we do!
We arrived to a lovely surprise - we had booked two economy double rooms but were upgraded to two suites! And they were gorgeous, with plenty of space and two televisions which actually worked. The beds were comfortable and so was the bathroom. My parents asked for extra bedding which they were given without any issues. Breakfast was included, which again was superb! It was an extensive offering with hot items such as eggs and veggies, cakes, pastries, fruit and breads. The location was also a plus. It was away from the hustle and bustle of St. Marks but close enough to walk it, about 25 minutes. The neighbourhood was lively with plenty of bars and restaurants which many locals also frequent so felt less touristy and more genuinely Venetian. To add to this, the hotel has access to three close Vaparetto stops which take you everywhere including Murano and Burano. The staff were helpful and super friendly. This place is highly recommended and I would 100% stay here again!…
2nd time we have been to carnival palace hotel venice, its our favourite place,my husband is a army veteran and had travelled abroard on tours, venice was my first holiday abroard and magical, will soon be back
This hotel is beautiful! 4 of us stayed 1 night during our quick visit in Venice. We booked one suite for 4 and had plenty of room. We had 1 queen bed and they fixed up two twin beds in our sitting area. The rooms were spacious and really clean our restrooms was huge. Breakfast was included and it was excellent with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is a quick 10 min walk from the train station. They provide luggage storage. The taxi boat stops right in front of the hotel which makes it so easy to get around the city. You can purchase a 24hr taxi tix for 25 euro it’s so convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit in Venice.
I was there with my son who is 7. Loved every bit of it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room free of charge to their best room available... perfect location and good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to venice.
The hotel staff was wonderful but the hotel is very dated and the location is difficult to get to from the city center. I would not recommend staying here if you are traveling alone. I met friends in San Marco and had to walk through deserted streets to get to local boat. Unfortunately, no water taxi where available at night. I checked out and of the hotel a day early and paid for that night. The water taxi from the hotel to Rialto Bridge was 70 euros because I checked into another hotel.
I stay here every time I come to Venice and am always extremely happy with the staff, rooms and facilities. The rooms are extremely clean, the beds comfy and the breakfast a welcome treat. I always leave looking forward to my next visit.
The room was fantastic and being right on the canal was beyond beautiful. The hotel staff was terrific and the breakfast and courtyard were unreal. I will 100% be coming back to Venice and staying in this hotel.
The hotel is "WOW" amazing from the moment you enter you enjoy the clean smell, the reception is 24 hours so late checkin is not a problem. We booked from their website and enjoyed the complementary breakfast and got an upgrade to classic room which is really big and nice!! The bathroom is very clean, good size and the water pressure and temperature perfect. The hotel seemed fully booked as it was busy during breakfast, yet all staff served with big smile on their faces and kept checking if we needed anything. We had a problem with our sim card and ( Juri ) from the reception helped us amazingly he called Vodaphone and spend like more than 10 minutes on line with them trying to solve the issue even it was not his job to do so big thanks to him and to all other staff who try their best to help their guest. Regarding the location; it is very close from the train station (10 minutes) so you don't bother when you bring your luggage at all, it's far from the center but we enjoyed discovering the place around the area, it was full of life at the day time and night. Yet you can enjoy very quite sleep at night at your comfy clean bed. I guess after walking around Venice all day we really felt good to come back to a very clean luxury room. Also they gave us 15% discount for the parking lot!!…
