HI all Just want warning everyone from this hotel, they got BEDBUGS!!! We stayed there in 4 days(mid september 2020) ,room 211, after 1 day me and my girlfrind woke up with red bite mark in our skin, first day we ignore it thinking that is some kind of allergy but next day was even worst , all body with dozens of marks, reception changed our room when we reported it same day(suggest it was moskito lol ) but it changed our holiday for nightmare. ALL clothes went into bin and bags. BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION , BEDBUGS ARE THERE FOR SURE.

Really nice and helpful staff. Faded charm but very clean. Beds are a bit hard. Very well located and close to Piazza San Marco. With easy access to boats from and to airport, well all transportation really. Good breakfast and no problem if you have any food allergies they will help you out.

Stayed fo four nights at this hotel and both my wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, excellent location and the management and staff really look after you and it can't be easy at this time with covid still with us. Lovely breakfast served to you because the usual help yourself buffet is not viable at this time, I would also like to mention the young man in particular because when we had finished breakfast I left my glasses on the dining table and we had just got back to our room when a knock at the door and it was this young man who had brought them to me (sorry I didn't get his name) that's what I call good service. Our room was superb with a little balcony overlooking the street, we will come back and stay here sometime as we always enjoy visiting venice.

I would like to say nothing but good words about this hotel. Room was clean, nice and cosy. We booked directly on their website it’s cheaper and also you get a bottle of Prosecco on your arrival. The hotel is reasonable priced and is a minute away from San Marco square so the location is perfect. The staff was very nice especially at the reception. I would like to highly recommend it!

Absolutely love this hotel because of it's location and staff. This was our 8th visit, and sixth year running. The staff are all the same, and it was nice to be recognised when I booked in, until the Queen said I was probably the only new guest on the day! We had asked for and stayed in room 206 - this has a lovely little balcony that allows you to obeserve life on the street below, such fun. The changes are linked to Covid-19 - you have to book a breakfast slot and you have to select what you want and this is served to you. The afternnon tea at 16:00 to 18:00 has been temporarily suspended. Good thing is the introduction of slippers and robes, really fancied a robe, but a little pricey at 65 Euros to me. The fridge is quite bear, just 2 natural and 2 fizzy water and one small bottle of fizz. If you do book direct you receive a very nice bottle of prosecco, and that's from someone who does not like wine or prosecco!! My wife had one little gripe, the toiletries have all changed - there is no conditioner, so please note. Love this place for it's location to St Mark's square and the fantastice staff. Highly recommended. For photos - see my previous posts on this hotel.
