We stayed at the Bed and Breakfast You & Me at the end of April 2016 to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. The B&B is really well located right in the heart of Venice, hidden away on one of the main bustling streets. We walked to and from the bus terminal and it was quick (around 10mins) and straight-forward. The... More

Stefanias gorgeous little b&b was what truly made our trip to Venice so great. Unfortunately our flight was delayed so we were very late but Stefania was waiting for us and gave us a great intro and map to Venice. The room we had (Tosca) was large with aircon & great sound proofed windows. The fully stocked kitchen was another... More

Stefania is the most welcoming and helpful host we have ever encountered. Her genuine care for her guests combined with her love and passion of Venice made our stay at B&B You and Me the best part of our trip to Italy. Stefania's endless enthusiasm and assistance in guiding us on what to see and do in Venice almost overshadowed... More

We booked to stay with Stefania based on excellent trip advisor reviews and were not dissapointed. We were delighted with our choice of accommodation. Stefania is warm and welcoming. Her knowledge of Venice meant that we experienced beautiful and trendy parts of the city we would not have known about without Stefania's help. The room is simply charming with double... More

Stefania welcomes you like family. The dining and kitchen area are open to you all day, and you are welcome to eat anything in the refrigerator (which has a great selection of fresh fruit). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Everything worked nicely, including the internet. There are insulated windows and shutters to help keep out the... More

I cannot fault our stay here at all. We were welcomed in, told to treat the place as home and Stefania have an amazing insight and introduction to Venice. Lots of great tips. Our room was spacious as very clean. It was cleaned daily so felt like we were staying in a hotel. Location was incredible, right in the centre.... More

Beautiful and Clean. We love this place, and plan on coming back to stay at in the future. The owner was great about explaining the area around the place, while also explaining customs to fit in better. We felt safe through the neighborhood. Thank you for a great stay!

Staying in San Polo

Neighborhood Profile
San Polo
The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the Grand Canal in San Polo, smallest of Venice's six sestieri (districts) and by far the busiest neighborhood. Morning Venetians arrive to peruse the markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San Silvestro and Rialto Market vaporetto (water taxi) stops add to the steady stream of foot traffic. San Polo is defined by churches including Basilica dei Frari, one of the most important churches sought by art lovers.
