Our family booked all three rooms. We enjoyed our stay here, it was comfortable and very clean. A short walk to major attractions and being able to watch the gondolas go by from the living room was a lot of fun. As other reviews said...More
The b & b was practically 1 min walk from the water ferry station@ Goiglo. It is comfortable and breakfast was more than adequate. There are plenty of eating places hereby. You can practically walk everywhere from here.

Gio was extremely friendly, easy going and helpful and his B&B is perfectly located (5 min walk from San Marco), has plenty of space and is very comfortable. It was a great stay and would highly recommend!
The most famous sestiere (district) in Venice has one of the world's most famous squares, St. Mark's (Piazza San Marco). Anchored on one end by the basilica, clustered around it are restaurants, museums, shops, orchestras playing in the square, pigeons, the grand pink Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the soaring campanile bell tower, an astrological clock tower, plus gorgeous cafes and restaurants like Florian and
