Superb location - extremely close to San Marco piazza. Noise levels are very quiet and you can hear the bells from St Mark's in the morning. Superb hospitality - Fabio and family make you feel right at home. Very helpful on helping you plan your day, and he speaks very good English. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - it was...

3C B&B was very nice, modern and comfortable. Double glazing, quiet, clean, with a great location. We stayed four nights, which allowed us to see lots of Venice. 3C was a great find, and Fabio has done a great job.

Stayed at B&B 3C in early November for 3 nights with my husband, parents, and brother. We booked a triple and a double with the possiblity of adjoining both rooms. The triple had a kitchenette and a small dining table. If you're staying with kids, this would be the perfect place. Both rooms were very roomy, which is typically hard...

Overall, this was a great choice if you want to be close to the center of the action in Venice. It's a two minute walk away from St. Mark's Square and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and other sites. Also importantly, it is mere steps away from a vaporetto stop, so you won't have to drag your bags far. The room...

We spent 4 days in Venice during a whirlwind tour of Italy and this beautiful city was a highlight. Our holiday was made perfect staying at 3C. It was clean, central, easy to get to, airconditioned during the summer heat, and our host was helpful and friendly offering suggestions and assistance when we wanted it. I cannot recommend this accommodation...

I am a little delayed in writing this review. My husband and I stayed here in mid-October with our two young daughters (ages 8 and 7). We found this little gem on Tripadvisor and the reviews did not steer us wrong! The location is perfect. It is so easy to get to on arrival. If you've never been to Venice...

We arrived here during a rain which then turned into a flood, but we were so happy to have a relaxing room to stay in! From the time we booked the room until our arrival, we felt so comfortable in our choice. The directions provided were perfect, we walked right up to the B&B. The location is perfect, just around...

My husband and I decided to stay at 3C after reading the great reviews on Tripadvisor. Our stay at 3C was amazing. Every morning we were greeted by the great staff and Fabio's adorable mother. Our room was spacious, quaint and clean. The location of the B&B was perfect...located right behind St. Mark's square yet hidden from the main streets....

My wife and I plus another couple really enjoyed our stay here. Fabio is an excellent host and has recently remodeled the property. With only 5 rooms, you feel like you are family, especially with his mother assisting with breakfast. The location is outstanding, just behind the Danieli, but yet quiet. Fabio recommended several great restaurants and actually carried some...

We recently spent 2 nights at the 3C -- our first visit to Venice -- and enjoyed it immensely! Fabio, the host was most accommodating w\travel tips, recommendations and lovely breakfasts. Staying in Castello

Neighborhood Profile
Castello
Castello is the largest of the six sestieri (districts), and the only one not facing onto the Grand Canal. More than half of Castello is situated within Arsenale, the naval base, which occupies over one-fifth the area of Venice. This gentrified maritime neighborhood feels busy but casual. Castello’s side streets are laid back, with small boats lining canals criss-crossed by laundry. Semiannual exhibitions add a strong artsy current to the Arsenale area. Via Garibaldi in Castello, with its shops and bars, has one of Venice's rare straight and wide boulevards. When a large ship turns around the Lido to enter the Giudecca Canal, the startling sight creates an illusion that it will run aground right on Via Garibaldi! Families treasure Giardini near the island's tip, green with rare trees and grass, and Riva degli Schiavoni is a popular spot for Venetians to take a stroll to watch the sunset.
