We stayed here in October 2022. The hotel is clean and updated. It is located very near the train station which was important to us as we didn't want to drag luggage all over the city. It's very easy to get around walking from the hotel to the city center. They have a very nice breakfast too!
Average and nothing more. The fact some people scored four or more was deceiving and we were disappointed. Basic room, needs a face lift. Only good thing is the reception and location in Old Town treviso and being to close to the train station
for sure is not a 4 star rather a very basic 3 star in need or modernization and upgrade. Stayed there for one night only and for this was ok as anyway no many options in Treviso. Room was small and vey basic and rather outdated but at least clean. Strong point of hotel is it location. breakfast was included but limited option but at least a coffee some fruits and pastries to start you day.
Good location, comfortable, good breakfast included and friendly staff, however I booked 4 beds for 4 people (youngest one in my family is 13), but we only got two rooms, one with a single (twin) bed, the other one with two twin beds put together and despite asking for a fourth bed or at least a mattress on the floor, three of us had to share a bed and sleep sideways. If I knew this will be the case, I would not have stayed at that hotel.
Fantastic location in the heart of Treviso. Rooms were clean & receptionist was friendly. We only stayed one night as visiting friends however could not complain. Bed was comfortable and the location is perfect distance to the restaurants.
We were travelling around Italy and chose Treviso to meet up with friends. Having just left a beautiful hotel in Verona and this hotel was rated higher than our last location, we were looking forward to the next stage of our trip. Great location and close to the station, but then we entered. The reception area wasn’t tired, it was exhausted. Leather furniture was split and peeling. Material furniture was sagging and uncomfortable, but the worst was yet to come - we were given the keys to our room. Opening the door, smell of alcohol immediately hit you and turning on the light turned to shock. The room hadn’t been decorated since the 1980s. Linens threadbare, tears in the headboard and awful mould. We immediately went back to reception. Then given keys to a room on the first floor and whilst the headboard was intact, I didn’t see mould, it was still simply awful. I’ve seen better ramshackle B&Bs in the UK!! The corridor to the room was being replastered - but the entire hotel needed more - much more!! We immediately cancelled our booking and chose a hotel further out of the town centre. This is not for the faint-hearted!…
This is more of a three star hotel. The room looks like it hasn’t been renovated in decades. The shower is so small it can hardly accommodate one person…Breakfast is very minimal and average. Definitely not a four star. However, prices are reasonable. Good location and service.
I have never seen such a bad hotel before. Staff was nice and polite. But our rooms were crazy. The bathroom was dirty, the water not flowed down the drain, bidet doesn’t work. Rooms are very small, found only one plug. At least the beds were clean.
Woke up to maintenance people drilling and hammering in the room next door. Went downstairs to complain with the receptionist, was asked to email the hotel with my complain that I did, I was also told that the hotel manager would be there later on to meet me and deal with my complaint. Nobody ever showed up, wrote numerous emails and reminders to the hotel and only got a reply once I involved the regional tourism board. Old and shabby place, wouldn't recommend it anyway.
As I am waiting for my flat in Treviso to be ready, I choose Hotel Continental again. It's still my favourite. Perfect location (walking distance from the station and Piazza Dei Signori) cozy and clean room and lovely professional staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Treviso
