Very convenient hotel to Padova train Station, confortable room, nice breakfast, with fresh fruits, a plenty of pastries and good coffee. I would stay here again. One little thing: A painting job in the hotel premises would be nice.

This hotel is not grand. It is near the railway station and the area is unpleasant. The entrance lobby is not especially pleasant and as far as I could tell there is only one lift for the four floors. The rooms are basic in the extreme and poorly designed. Why put a mirror in a corner near a desk? There... More

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, my first impression was, wow, its looks recently updated, renovated and refurbished. We did a group booking with this hotel and the rates were very acceptable to us. Breakfast was included and was fabulous. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am till 10:30 am, plenty of choices and has hot breakfast. Everything in the hotel... More

Had four nights here. Comfy clean rooms and good breakfast. Ideal location for the station, buses, trams and taxis, but a good ten minutes walk to the old town. Apart from a McDonalds nearby, no restaurants closer than a twenty minute walk which is ok during daylight, but a bit 'iffy' in the dark.

We chose this hotel because of it's location, right across the street from the train and bus stations. We only had one day in Padua, where we specifically wanted to see the Scrovegni Chapel. The hotel is also very convenient to the tram lines and we used the tram to travel around the town. Our room was clean and comfortable.... More

Nice hotel, across the street from the train station and not too far from Padua's main tourist sites and old town. My room was simple, but very comfortable and impeccably clean. I mean, I actually walked barefoot in my room, and the soles of my feet didn't get black. Breakfast was good, too. I would stay here again.

I stayed for five nights at the Grand Italia in a very spacious twin room on the fourth floor which, despite overlooking the train and bus stations, was very quiet. The bathroom was large and well appointed with twin wash basins. The only (minor) drawback was that the shower over the bath had no shower curtain or screen to confine... More

Lovely looking hotel right next to tram and train station. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is nice. Location for travel is great but area is not the best. A 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Be wary of daily room tax.

The Grand Italia Hotel is strategically positioned just in front of the railway station at a walking distance from the city center. The double room was nicely furnished and provided with all the amenities you might need. A very good and varied breakfast and the staff extremely courteous, helpful and efficient.
