Very good location, breakfast was ok. Room was good enough for an easy going couple that want to explore the city. Unfortunately the approach of the people at the reception is not the right one...they definitely lack in customer service experience and PASSION I must say. The check in, indeed, is just about the money... ....no information, no explanation, no... More

Hotel is settled on a perfect location, very close to San Antoni basilica. Hotel has his own parking which is charged additionally. Rooms are very small, but functionally furnished. Enough good for one night stay. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is very poor. As a conclusion value for money.

Had a good deal for this hotel that wasn't cheap at the beginning, but after spending 3 nights there I understood why ! Hotel is clean but is getting really old and you can't help but feel it. We were stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes, the only help we got from the front staff was "don't take it... More

The rooms are small and basic - nothing fancy but absolutely fine. The beds were a little firm for my taste, but that's just personal. Everything is new and clean so that's a big plus. The staff was very helpful and the breakfasts were more than ample and very tasty. The location was also great - close to lots of... More

I visited the M14 hotel Padua, room 304 this week with my wife, on a whole we were unimpressed, the hotel is spotlessly clean and very safe, although our room you wouldn't swing an arm in, nevermind a cat. There was two radiators in the room which didnt work, the WiFi didnt work, there was no shower cubicle in the bathroom... More

Excellent mid-range/budget hotel in an excellent, easy to find location minutes from the city centre. Rooms small and WiFi unpredictable. However, the €5 breakfast is fantastic value and sets you up for the day, especially with fresh fruit to take away. Friendly and accommodating staff, with the gold star going to restaurant manager Benny. This guy is golden, and a... More

This is my second stay in this hotel, and can't fault it for the price or convenience of location. Will be a certain future use for next time I'm visiting my family in Padova. Rooms are small but for 1 or 2 nights base to sleep they are fine. Child friendly hotel also.

Normal hotel for road trip. The friendly staff which serves breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the square Prato della Valle. Prato delle Valle is beautiful, especially at night. Rooms at the hotel are large, have a private, secured parking, It is very important to me. Relatively easy to find from the motorway

I've just left the hotel, and I am really disappointed. The air conditioning did not work, we asked 3 times the reception for assistance and we waited until 1am for someone to come fix it without success. Wifi didn't reach our room. At the reception, I complained about the issues, and the answer was - "did you need air conditioning?"?... More

The best thing about M14 is its location: just 2 minutes’ walk from Piazza Prato della Valle, one of the major attractions in Padova. As it is so centrally located, I was a bit worried about arriving by car on a Friday afternoon, but there were no issues at all. The hotel has private parking for 10 Euros a day,... More
