The hotel is a 1960's concrete construction located right on top of two lifts (one going down to Cervinia and one up to Plateau Rosa). The place is dated with small rooms and lounge areas with pool tables and worn-out furniture. However, the kitchen serves a very nice buffet + two courses and the staff is very welcoming. Our room was...

Visited in April 2016. Overall, my experience was positive - it made me feel very young and I had fun. It felt like those very budget hotels I would go to on school trips. The position at Plan Maison ensures that ski-in/out is possible even in spring, as the hotel is located at 2600 m. Very good dinners. Renovated wellness...

Location and Food was excellent. The hotel is part of the main gondola at plan mason giving easy access to all the slopes both for the Italian side and over into Zermatt. the rooms are clean and tidy the breakfast was buffet and good the dinner menu was brilliant salad and antipasti buffet first course followed by two waiter served...

We skied over from Zermatt & decided to stay in Cervinia for 4 days because it is much better value for money than Zermatt. We decided on this hotel because it was ski in/ski out at 2500m & it offered half board at a reasonable price. Entertainment in this hotel includes a spa, sauna, a masseuse, ping pong table, billiards...

Had a great holiday here - the only let down were the other English group who were here making a racket and spoiling it for everyone. We had to tell the staff to sort it out as it was ridiculous. Rooms are tired and some are small but comfortable. Take your own kettle!! Food is good. Breakfast is good. Bacon/eggs/toast...

Although we didn't expect too much (given the price) we did not expect what we were presented with. Rooms are straight out of the '70s and haven't had any maintenance since -they're also freezing. It reminded us of staying in a train station, against payment. We left immediately without staying.

Fun experience for me and my two teen-aged sons. To adult eyes, hotel is old and seen its best days, but to my sons it was the coolest place on earth. We went there with a cable car and we left with a snow mobile, pretty much a 007 experience. We had breakfast and dinner every day for a week...

How do I start on this one? Four of us, me my wife and two children. This hotel is not suited to families with young children. The accessibility issues are a serious concern. Was not made to feel welcome from day one, the attitude that prevails is one of you being an inconvenience to the staff! Trying to traverse your...

This will probably repeat a lot of other posts but to start this is not a luxury hotel and it is at the top of a mountain and accessible by cable car which stops when the skiing stops so night life is not abundant if that is your thing. If the weather is very bad then you are somewhat stranded...

Hotel has a fantastic location at the top of the first bubble lift up from the village. This means you are guaranteed ski in ski-out and if you can get up in the morning you will always be first on the piste. This was a boon for us this year as there was no snow off the pistes and so...
