Hotel Jumeaux is one of the oldest hotels in Cervinia. Only breakfast, no lunch, no dinner, no operational bar. It i run by an elderly couple, the lady's great grandfather apparently established the outfit. The managers completely lack customer orientation, and the younger generation, a son has fully inherited this lack of talent. Small rooms with windows so high up...

Not one to usually be put off a hotel by one or two bad reviews, we decided to go ahead and stay at Jumeaux Hotel for 6 nights as a family of 4. This was a mistake. Listen to the bad reviews!! We arrived at the hotel to a very unfriendly, hostile welcome by the elderly couple whom own and...

This hotel is typically Italian, it's traditionally decorated, arguably in need of some updating, but charming all the same. The breakfast is continental, and was regularly restocked, everything you could need before a long day on the slopes. There is a large boot room, with boot heaters to store your equipment, the bedrooms are very warm, always plenty of hot...

Family run, decent hotel with great location just off the main street and very near the ski lift. Nothing special, but nothing terribly wrong either, except the beds. They are unbelievably hard and uncomfortable, unfortunately.

I have just spent 12 days at Hotel les Jumeaux. My room was very comfortable : lot of space, a big cobard where you can store all the ski gear, a good bed and a clean, big bathroom. The location is perfect : very central and a few steps away from the slopes, but still very quite at night. There...

We stayed at Hotel Jumeaux for 4 nights and felt right at home. The location was within town and the chairlifts were only a few minutes walking distance. When my husband got sick one day , Miriam kindly organised for the local doctor to visit him and then she checked up on him everyday. The room was clean, warm &...

Stayed at Les Jumeaux for a week. Rooms are worn out and small, the walls are so thin that I could hear people in the next room whispering and snoring. No shower curtains. Beds were tiny and didn't smell good – by the end of the trip I was having an allergy all over my back because of the hotel...

Lovely location , in the village centre, ideal for the slopes, the breakfast was good , the rooms are basic but very clean and tidy . Bathrooms good , with powerful showers , the hotel was always warm and the heated boot rails a bonus.

Great location, very short distance to lifts and shops and restaurants and everything, parking place behind the house. Staff (old man and his wife) try their best and most of things work but some don't, like usual in Italy. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, but we had some problems with our 2 rooms and 4 nights. Beds are so...

The owner and the staff does not speak English so good (and I don’t write English so good). We had booked the hotel through “Valle d´Aosta Turist Board” and the booking worked out very well. Overall the hotel is nice and clean with an old ambience of the alps. The lounge was rarely used, and the lack of service in...
