I went to the spa which is inside the hotel on the bottom floor. It has a pool and a whirlpool. There is a steam room, sauna and small locker room for both men and women. I had services done by Sarah, she has been there for 10 years and is fantastic. I recommend booking everything with her.

A superb hotel with fantastic staff - worth every penny. We stayed for a short skiing break with our 10 year old son and were made to feel very welcome from before we even arrived as Daniel and the reception team sorted out our lessons. Plenty of character in both the building and the team

We have stayed for two nights in this hotel. We were allowed to bring our dog along - with everyone being very friendly and helpful with him. We have appreciated the excellent 5* care from Daniel working in the reception. Our room was large, well decorated and cosy, with a balcony overlooking the picturesque hotel garden, where we enjoyed late... More

A delightful, friendly hotel with incredible views of the mountains. A short walk to the town, and great hiking nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and there is an underground garage with direct access to the hotel. The hotel is very dog-friendly (most Relais et Chateaux hotels are) and a great breakfast in the gardens beneath the warm... More

A lovely traditional 5 star hotel. I can't fault the staff - from reception to restaurant to cleaners. Perfect! The rooms are lovely if a little compact. The bath is more like a big sink though! Dining in the restaurant is a 'fine' experience. Really classy. My only criticism is that drinks are extortionate. The spa is a real treat:... More

We stayed for a week on half board for our 40th wedding Anniversary and in our 35 year ski career of 4 to 6 weeks a season we have never stayed in a better hotel. The hotel is beautifully appointed with spacious lounges and a superb spa and pool, not to mention the view of the Matterhorn from our room.... More

This is a very nice relais chateaux hotel, the rooms are spacious and the food is very tasty. The spa is wonderful you have fantastic therapists for a body massage and la prairie excellent products for a facial! The only disappointing point is the location, it was the first time for us in cervinia and we did not like the... More

My third stay at the Hermitage, the last being 6 years previously. Delighted to report that this rare establishment is continuing to impress with its consistency of basically everything. The hotel is immaculate, the staff cant do enough for you and the food is exceptionally good. Obviously it is expensive but you get what you pay for and I would... More

I almost never write reviews despite traveling extensively. However, after having chain sawed the outrageous Four Season's hotel in Florence a few month ago, I feel that I also have to write a positive review, for people to understand the difference in hospitality and service. We stayed 4 nights in this wonderful family driven hotel in the beginning of January... More
