Perfect! Friendly staff, think along with you, excellent service. Delicious food, comfortable rooms, lots of activities to do like aprés-ski, amazing rest area, sauna, steam bath and gourmet dining. The bar has great service and nice games like backgammon and chess. Great place to stay at while skiing.

We spent a week at the hotel in one of the spa suites, complete with kids room, balcony overlooking the pistes (with a hot tub), and a sauna and steam room in the sizeable room. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent reception team and drivers, who were constantly on hand to drive us to the lifts, the village or to lunch. The food and wine were first class, and we can't thank Edouard/Edward and Federico enough for looking after us and our kids (Edward even came out as we were leaving for a hug and snowball fight!). Everything we could have hoped for and more - we will definitely be back. We really were made to feel at home - and very welcome and wanted guests.

A big disappointment from beginning to end. Black stains on the wall and very small shower are actually nothing compared to the bad service and treatment. Not what I remembered it to be, a real shame. Unpleasant staff that always makes a excuses when presented with a problem instead of apologizing and fixing it. On our first day and after reading their website, we decided to stretch the day and end up having lunch at teje hotel with their “famous” beers and burgers, from midday until sunset, and I’m quoting them. We arrive at 14.45 and they tell us first that since there was no one else for lunch they decided to close the restaurant early, then they tell me that I misunderstood their website and that I should’ve asked them because they close at 15, and that it’s no let a big deal since they can take us to town and have lunch elsewhere. So it’s cold and snowing and a hideous driver takes us to a place he recommends (after telling me that they never open the Beers and Burgers thing after 14h, and that he works there and he should know better than us, in a very rude tone), that happens to be closed. The last day we leave our skis in their ski room and tell them that they’re inside and ready to be returned to the shop they have an agreement with. They tell us that we have to take them to the bottom floor for them to then take them to the ski rental (these little things they should do for you in a hotel if this category but they don’t). We leave and I leave my wallet behind. They recommend a courier service which I have to contract and pay and which ends up being a total scam: the hotel puts my wallet in a easy to open box that the courier actually opens and takes my money and credit cards attempting to charge over 1000 in eBay.…

Such a lovely hotel and wonderfully kind and friendly staff. We had a fantastic holiday 1st week of March 22, made by the wonderful staff at PDN. Snow wasn't brilliant but the hotel was. Great food, beautiful suite, great facilities (indoor spa, outdoor pool), location perfect, topped off by the nicest hotel staff I've come across - always there to help. There were tears from the kids when we left.

Brilliant location on the piste, every staff member is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to get us on the slopes as quickly as possibile. Would love to come back!

Love everything!! Amazing atmosphere! The owner smart and interesting person! Fantastic selection of books and art albums. Great design, stylish rooms and public area. Ski in. Good - super delicious and nice selection of wine. Spa with amazing girls. Recommend you to book in advance if you want to experience that heaven. All was super well organised. I was happy to have a fantastic master suit with a view. And the hotel extended my room till 6 with no fee. I really hope I will come back soon) can’t wait.
