We had lunch here 4 times during our 1 week ski trip. The food was fantastic, the staff were friendly and welcoming. It is cosy and warm on a windy day and the sun terrace is bathed in glorious sunshine on bluebird days. The food is wholesome, tasty and served piping hot. Will look to stay here on a future trip to B-C.

We had a 7 days stay at the hotel in feb. The hotel was clean and cosy. A little distnce away from the crowded centre of town, wich suited us well. Quiet, with a great wiew! Good food, and with helpfull staff. We arrived late, and was welcomed with a plate of snacks. They made the stay good for us. Will stay there again next time.

This hotel is situated above bottom station of one of the main lifts in the Cervinia ski system. That makes it a great location for ski-in / ski-out.

There are other nice things about the place:
Service is good, going on great. Staff is there with enthusiasm and in a nice and relaxed way. Well done!

We rented an apartment in a small adjacent building. Nice and spacey. but with a few quirks down the road, beds are very basic. During a windy night (all of them) something outside the building made quite a noise ( alright, in all honestly, we never reported it to staff, though it kept me awake three out of four nights ).

As with the insulation. I understand why all heating is on max. Its needed to keep it liveable.... ( Again, possibly under unusually cold conditions, but still, I felt the wind from outside while in bed. Friends had a small dust of snow sprinkled on their bed every now and then during a stormy night. I get that excitement in my own tent, for free....

Breakfast is quite basic. I know, its Italian Alps, and most of them do the same, but come on guys, raise your vision a bit and broaden the selection.

There is a small sauna and workout area. This space needs an upgrade. Alright, all works fine, but it feels like I visit my grandma in northern Sweden 25 years ago.

All in all, ups and downs, I describe this place as above average, Ive seen better, and worse. Upgrade, take away some of those lamshades that looks like taken out of an 80s movie,, keep up the service!
Then Im back :)

I already reviewed this hotel last ski season when I first stayed there (my user name was Almunecarvillas).
We were so happy with our stay last year that we decided to return this year.....and we will be returning every year until our legs can't ski anymore! This hotel was a real find. What a little gem!
For a fuller review, please see my previous one.
I can't say enough good things about the family who run the hotel. They are all lovely and can't do enough to make their guests stay as memorable and pleasant as possible.
Thank you and until next time!!

We stayed here this summer because my kids were in a ski camp. The whole experience was excellent. The location is beautiful, at the top of a mountain with gorgeous views from every window. The food was outstanding. The ravioli and tiramisu are out of this world. The owners were so friendly and helpful, especially Eva and Nicoletta. The air is so fresh that my kids asthma went away. What a great experience and thanks again for a lovely time.

Lovely, family-run hotel on the slopes above Cervinia village. Rustic interior, well heated, excellent food, comfortable rooms, very clean, TV, WiFi but best of all: no need to walk with heavy boots & skis to the slopes... you just walk from the breakfast room to the slopes and GO! Loved the whole week and will definitely go again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean, nice and had great views of mountains. It was away from the crowds but yet close to slopes

Hosts were warm friendly and very helpful
Price was reasonable as it included use of sauna, Hammam, breakfast

Set Dinner was extra charge but affordable. We had home cooked cabbage soup, cheese, grilled chicken, ravioli and other traditional dishes.

I went to Cime Bianche for an evening meal. The staff and surroundings are pleasant but I found the food to be a disappointment. I wouldn't go back in a rush. I found that it was expensive and very average

I stayed here for a mountain biking and discovered a great family hotel.
It is in the most peaceful and beautiful spot in Cervinia. Great views from every corner. The stuff is so nice and friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay most pleasant. The food is great and the wine too....
I recommed highly for people that like nature, hiking or biking.

What a wonderful discovery! We've been wanting to visit Cervinia to ski for some time, and after a long internet search came across this place that looked promising. Well it more than fulfilled the promises. The family who run the place are delightful; welcoming and friendly. Eva, Nicoletta and Elisa in particular greet one and all with warm smiles. Pretty much perfect English (and for that matter Italian, French and I think German) is spoken and nothing is too much trouble. They really make you feel like friends, and I'm sure we're going to be heading back there before too long.

Breakfast is a self service buffet arrangement, and is always plentiful with eggs, cheeses, cold meats, fresh and preserved fruits, cereal, breads, pastries, jams, juices ... and good coffee (or tea, or hot chocolate) to wash it all down. After getting thoroughly stuffed, it is only a short waddle from the hotel door, across the balcony to the ski store, and a few yards more to the edge of the piste where skis can be clipped on to ski down to the nearest lifts - a gondola and/or cable car that whisk you up to Plateau Rosa.

At the end of the day, ski back virtually to the door again (see my picture, taken from the gondola) and enjoy a beer or two on the sunny terrace before heading indoors to freshen up before dinner.

Dinner! Stuffed every night! If you take the hlaf board arrangement it begins with a plentiful buffet on 'antipasti'. A different selection of meats, fish, eggs, cheeses and vegetables, with salads, every evening. Quite honestly you could survive just by gorging on this, but there is a choice of pastas and soups to follow, and then a choice of main courses and desserts. You are invited to make your selection of pasta and main at breakfast time. Dessert might be a cake, a tiramisu, a mousse or something similar, or there is always the option of various flavours of ice cream. You can opt for the a la carte menu instead of the packaged half board offering if you prefer. The wine list is extensive, including some excellent local wines which the team are happy to discuss with you.

Any negatives? Well if you're desperate for wi-fi access it has to be said it's a bit intermittent in at least some of the bedrooms (though seems to be strong in the bar, so have a beer while checking e-mails if you're that desperate to stay in touch). Our bedroom was small/cosy, but perfectly adequate - the bed was big (although a little firm for our preference). For a big fellow like me (110kg) the bath was a bit of a squeeze - room for me or the water, but not both, but the shower over the bath was fine.

But to be honest these are really minor niggles, the overall experience, the warm welcome, the excellent and easy access to and from the ski slopes, the good and plentiful food, and the wonderful, truly wonderful, welcoming atmosphere ... bellissima.

Thanks to all at Cime Bianche ... we will be back!

"The room at the attic houses 4 persons. Great for a family, but as it has only one bathroom, not quite so great for friends. Don't forget your snow chains ! Chances are you really will need them ! We had, in 2 out of 3 times we stayed there."
