We've stayed here several times and enjoyed it. Upgraded in recent years, big free car park, friendly multilingual staff, a 10 minute walk from centre and a decent breakfast which includes eggs and bacon, croissants, cakes, cold cheeses and hams. Hospitable stay. We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel on our arranged holiday with interski. The friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us and our children from the minute we arrived. Great food with a varied selection for breakfast enjoyed by all and and a wonderful choice of menus for the evening meal with an authentic Italian choice too. The rooms were fantastic and very clean with daily maid service from the friendly team. The bar service with a smile too offering a lovely selection of drinks and snacks. The staff are fantastic and always willing to help and have a joke with the children. This place is very special and we will be back. What a great team!

We stayed here on the way back to Geneva Airport. The staff were amazing, especially the waiter and manager. Made the place and the stay extra special. Plus, beautiful and calm dogs to help welcome us. Also lovely touches, such as a coffee early in the morning to send us on our way. Thankyou!!!

Not a full review - just a comment about the waiters. While the food was not to my taste (vegetarians clearly not well understood here!) the restaurant/ breakfast staff, Bogdan and Ivo, were courteous, hard-working and did their best to look after our group. They deserve good feedback.

Plans changed at the last minute, as I have a 13 year old so needed 1/2 board. Great hotel, friendly, lovely local food and wines. Pool, hot tub and a 15 minute walk from town. Not the place we booked but so pleased we found the hotel. Love the dogs.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Aosta town The advantage of the hotel is the proximity to the centro istorico which is maybe 10 minutes away - really nice old town with a very warm and cosy village feeling. The beds in the hotel are so extremely hard that it was not at all a pleasant night

Personnel is not kind. I had to ask for a map of the town 3 times. No smile, no welcome, no thorough info provided. Quite a disappointing reception with basically just the key handover. Location is ok although not central. The rooms are a bit old and too much simple for a 4 star hotel and with some of the appliances not working. The bathroom was also quite old with the shower (located inside the bathtub) not working properly. Besides, given the building structure, even if you are located on a high floor, you will still be hearing any noise coming from groundstairs pretty well, also given a light wooden room door.

We had booked through a ski tour company and I feel that this greatly affected the way we were treated; the staff did not seem to want us here. Whilst the hotel itself is very pretty and only a 15 minute walk from town (though half an hour from the ski lifts) the rest of our stay was most disappointing: the hotel was unbearably hot - even members of staff commented on this; they complained that we made too much noise though regularly hosted parties of 70+ people, which continued well into the night. However, the worst was dinner. We were not allowed to see the full menu and were only given two options, which were often just pasta in a very basic sauce - given that we were in Italy, I expected a lot better and not something my uni housemates might make. We were forced to wait a very long time between courses, which were very small. On a couple of nights we went out for kebabs. Also, one of our party was a vegetarian and they regularly had no option for him. The food was, frankly, disgusting. It was cold, or undercooked or had no taste. If you book directly with the hotel, you may be treated well. Certainly there were other guests, whom the staff doted on and they all seemed to enjoy the food. Nevertheless, we did not enjoy our stay and I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

We tried this hotel in order to sleep over a night but we didn't make the correct choice! Not nice room, not nice exterior although had plenty potential! Positive thing the private parking spot! Needs improvement because it is in a very nice location!

A nice hotel in the alpine town of Aosta. Has an outdoors swimming pool. Private parking area. Historical city center reachable on walk. Rooms are clean, comfortable. Breakfast choice is wide. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food.
