I spent 1 night in this hotel late August. The location is great if you come by car, it's a bit on the edge of the city, so traffice isn't an issue. It's on a hill and offers a great view of the city and the mountains surrounding. It takes between 10-15min to walk to the historical part of the city where the most restaurants and attractions are. If you walk to the city and walk down through some houses (Via Alessandro Passerin D'Entreves), be aware of a dog whose active barking might surprise you. The hotel also has a lot of parking spaces. The staff is very friendly, check-in/out were surprisingly fast. I think the room was supposed to have air condition, but I guess I didn't find the switch. The breakfast indications were a bit missleading. The buffet was cut off by a rope, as if we can't access by ourselves (normal because of Covid-19), still it was self service. The buffet was bigger than expected.

I have visited this hotel for 3 times already with my family and several families of my friends. Highest level of hospitality and service. Incredible city and mountain views. Fullest support of organization of restaurants of whatever you need in the city. Great breakfast. Authentic and cozy interior. My only insignificant suggestion will be to check that water in outside pull is always hot enough. Thank you very much Paola, Katya , Isabelle and whole team for your attention and hospitality! Will definitely return back again and again! Sergey

Our stay at Milleluci was very satisfying! The room was truly beautifully decorated, spacious, with a balcony overlooking Aosta. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - a great choice of cheese, hams, freshly-made egg dishes to your order. The hotel is situated a bit above the city but still it is close enough to enjoy the city as well (about a 10min walk from the center). Being a bit further allows you to have fantastic views, especially from their terrace and pool area. Also close by is a very good local restaurant - make sure the hotel makes a booking for you as it gets packed (quite popular with the locals, it seemed).

Hotel Milleluci is an attractive and highly recommended choice when exploring the Roman city of Aosta and the surrounding countryside. As for location, Hotel Milleluci offers a bit of a mixed blessing. Situated a somewhat steep ten to fifteen minute walk into the heart of historic Aosta and its many fine restaurants, cafes, and attractions, the hotel can’t lay claim to bring centrally located (though much public parking is available to those with wheels), but it does offer no shortage of tranquility as it looks down upon the buzz of the city. What is more, the Milleluci provides its guests with dreamy mountain views from its lounge and breakfast areas. We made use of this lovely setting on numerous occasions during our recent three night visit. Featuring thirty rooms, Hotel Milleluci sports an expansive and impressive piece of real estate. It features both above and below ground parking, a small play area for kids, two pools, sauna, and a large outdoor jacuzzi. One can also arrange for a massage. The hotel’s public areas are appealingly decorated in a rustic chalet style and guests have ample opportunity to find some private space, both indoors and out. One particularly appealing aspect of a stay at the Milleluci is the hotel’s daily afternoon buffet, featuring an assortment of tasty baked goods and coffee. What is more, the hotel has a well stocked bar which remains open until ten in the evening. We enjoyed a rather spacious double room during our stay. It was clean and came with a small balcony from which we could enjoy city and distant mountain views. Although the views were somewhat obscured by a tall tree, we still enjoyed having the balcony if only provide our room with an ample supply of fresh air. Our room came with a comfortable bed, a mini bar, ample closet space, plenty of lights, and several chairs. The room also featured a standing “smart” TV which offered the usual wide array of channels along with Netflix and YouTube. There was also a modest coffee service that featured Nescafé, though there were no real dairy capsules to accompany the coffee. Given the northerly location of the hotel, it is understandable that the Milleluci does not have air conditioning in its rooms. However, when one considers our steadily heating planet, it’s likely the hotel may need to reconsider this situation in the near future. Temperatures in the high twenties centigrade these days are not at all uncommon in the Valle d’ Aosta, and the hotel compromises its marketability to some extent without a.c. Our room, by the way. did have a fan, but it was rather noisy and not very effective. As regards the bathroom, it featured a large mirror and good lighting. It also featured several nice bath products and a bidet, but the latter placed the toilet in a rather awkward position, a bit too close to the shower curtain. Speaking of the shower, this was one of the few disappointments concerning a stay at the Milleluci. The shower was about the size of a telephone booth and featured outdated fixtures and, worst of all, a pair of curtains that were both unattractive and not at all in keeping with the quality on offer throughout the rest of this accommodation. Breakfast at the Milleluci is held in a large and characteristic dining room, with the added attraction of dining on the hotel’s lovely wrap-around front deck. The buffet featured the usual array of breakfast items, from numerous kinds of cheeses, yogurt, and baked goods. There was a panini press playing the role of a toaster, and guests did have the option of ordering a freshly made hot dish. The cappuccinos were tasty and delivered quickly by the hotel’s friendly staff, and there were numerous kinds of juices. Speaking of the staff, a few words of praise are very much in order for the entire staff at the Milleluci. We found hotel employees to be unfailingly friendly and helpful, and this emphasis on strong staffing is one of the hotel’s numerous strengths. While there is much on offer at Hotel Milleluci, it is priced in the moderate to high range - about 190 euros per night. Still, this is a fine and highly attractive accommodation, with a hotel staff that is eager to make your stay in this beautiful part of Italy a most enjoyable one.

Stayed one night here. The views are amazing. Room with balcony and side window too. Friendly staff. Breakfast on the terrace - biggest selection of cakes! This hotel is a good walk downhill to town (lovely place) and so we took the car as didn’t fancy the trek up and down in the heat! Also no air conditioning in the rooms but provided with a fan. It’s a lovely hotel but think we would stay nearer town if we visited again.
