This is one of the best places to stay anywhere. The rooms are clean, bright and beautiful; the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are large and wonderful. The hotel is located right in the heart of town, and faces onto a pedestrian-only square, so it can be a little hard to find, but worth it!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with our tour group and wished we could have stayed longer. Everything about this hotel was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The public spaces were very inviting and our room was spacious and beautiful. Just like out of a movie! Hope to return again if we are...

My husband and I stayed here for three nights after visiting the over-crowded town of Verona. The hotel is right on the town square next to the church. The ringing of the bells stop at 10 and start at 6:00, but did not keep us awake. Stephan greeted us upon our arrival and Marie (delightful) told us about all the...

Perfect location. Super clean. Great hotel staff. Wonderful breakfast. If it sounds like I enjoyed this historic building, it is because I did. Next to church bell tower so you will hear the bells starting at 6 AM. We stayed with a Ricky Steves tour group. Small touches of decorative are through out the hotel.

First time in South Tyroll, hiking with friends. The team here is very friendly and helpful. They helped us sort different hiking routes each day and advised us on local transport and best places in the mountains to eat for lunch. Walking in the Dolomites is truly spectacular. Hotel doesn't provide evening meals but again staff very helpful with suggestions....

The hospitality, amenities, location, and extras are all excellent. Was able to throw a load in the wash / dry for free. Breakfast (included) was a pleasant dining experience, with many options. The room was super-comfortable and attractive. Staff was upbeat, helpful, and friendly. Hope we can stay there again soon. One negative, which will happen anywhere in town, is...

My husband and I just spent 3 nights there, and loved every minute of it. Excellent location in the town square, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The staff was very friendly and even made a special breakfast for us due to our early departure.

My husband and I went to North of Italy and stayed in Castelrotto, a small city next to the Italian Alpes and the Dolamite area. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff is great and helpful. They suggested very good options for shopping, eating and traveling around. Breakfast is good and the area really nice. The room was big...

Stayed just one night here, but would have wished it was longer. The hotel is located in the very center of Castelrotto, in the pedestrian area, in a historical building. It is really beautiful and quiet, combining a certain historical style due to its age (built 13xx) with modern facilities. Extremely and genuinely friendly personnel will help you in any...

Everything about our stay was excellent, from the warm greeting (complete with a whole stack of reading material about local activities and complementary transit passes for the whole family) to the charming yet high-tech room and wonderful breakfasts. I've never stayed in a room that featured both a solid-wood canopy bed and a key-card lock. The same key-card opens the...
