What a wonderful hotel, that's very well situated for restaurants and some major tourist attractions. We received an upgrade upon our arrival, which meant the room was huge and beautifully furnished. We had a minibar filled with soft drinks including bottled water. We could drink what we wanted free of charge . All the staff are so very helpful and friendly. At the reception they all spoke very good English. The breakfast was very good and they even had a good selection for Gluten Free clients. The sky bar is beautiful and a must for a view of the city.

Perfect Hotel for a city trip to Torino. Top location. Exceptional helpfull and friendly staff. Nice and recently renovated rooms with airy bathrooms with windows (you don‘t find that often). Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 nights at the Turin Palace- we agreed it was the best 4* hotel we had ever stayed in. We wish we could have stayed longer and were very sad to leave. Everything was excellent- especially the service.

This is a VERY good hotel and beautifully located for a rail trip (TGV from Paris), but thier dry martinis are to die for, especially in the excellent roof top bar. So good I came back next day and had an equally good one (or better) with a different gin chosen both times by the maker

This is really a stand-out 4-star hotel, conveniently located by the main station which suited us as we kicked-off our two-week train trip around the north of Italy. The rooms are roomy and well-appointed, comfortable beds and the communal spaces are beautifully decorated. The roof-top bar and restaurant provides lovely views and the breakfast is stand out. A special mention should go to the classy uniforms the staff wear - testament to the chic approach to life that is true of all of Turin.

Staying at this hotel and in this city was the highlight of my month long trip to Europe. The Palace Hotel is outstanding in terms of location, price, service and amenities - I can’t recommend highly enough! Such a beautiful, spacious room with an amazing bed and shower. Apertivo at 4pm in the beautiful Hotel bar is outstanding or perhaps a glass of wine on the rooftop overlooking the city of Torino?? Both are excellent! The staff in this hotel are also outstanding and management should be commended for creating such a great team. Breakfast is the best I have ever seen in any hotel around the world. Needless to say I can’t wait to come back and stay here again as soon as I can!

When staying a few days in Turin, I highly recommend staying at the Turin Palace. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the free water/soft drinks/tea/coffee in the in-room mini-bar is a great touch, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! Some may find that it's too far of a walk to the main Turin attractions but if you don't mind walking (which we didn't) we were happy with the location. Plus, it's across the street from Porta Nuova so it was easy to hop a train to another part of Italy or take the Torino Airport shuttle.
