Located conveniently near the train station, the Turin Palace Hotel garners acclaim for its central positioning, though concerns about the surrounding area's cleanliness and safety have been noted by some guests. The hotel's rooms are frequently celebrated for their spacious and modern design, yet a few guests have found them to be overly warm at night. The rooftop bar and sumptuous breakfast are among the amenities that earn rave reviews, even as the gym's size has drawn some criticism. Reviewers are charmed by the elegant and stylish atmosphere, and the service receives high marks for staff courtesy and efficiency. While the hotel is considered to offer good value, the cost of parking and drinks has been called out as being on the pricier side. Cleanliness is a standout feature, with consistent praise for the pristine condition of both private and shared spaces.

We spent 3 nights in Turin with another couple. Overall experience was excellent. Location was excellent…valet parking for car that we didn’t need for entire stay. Recommend the roof top bar with limited menu and the ground floor restaurant. The room and facilities 5 star. The breakfast is great. Most important the staff at front desk and in food service is 5+ stars….they couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. Highly recommend!

This hotel is wonderful. Immaculate housekeeping standards . Rooms are calm , spacious and have quiet air conditioning. No corners are cut. For example, fresh berries are served at breakfast and each little jar of jam costs €1 in the shops .The orange juice was freshly squeezed.
Staff are genuinely charming. A request about which bus to catch to get to the brilliant Superga tram resulted in a map, timetable and directions.Unlike every other hotel , the reception manager laughed on check in when i tendered my credit card . Since i had stayed before that was not necessary!
Those concerned about health need have no worries . Every room has a bottle of sanitiser and there are large dispensers and tissues at the entrance and by every lift in the building.
The rooftop terrace is vast and has spectacular views . Joyous.

We stayed here in December this is one of the few hotels in Turin which has a pool which is one of the reasons why we came here again however the price was not included this time which was a bit of a let down. We did speak with the reception who said on this occasion this charge of £20.00 visit would be overlooked. Breakfast was great lots to choose from and the waiting staff very friendly and helpful. There are free soft drinks and snacks in the room overall a very enjoyable stay here. Do get yourself a travel card from the shop a few doors down very cheap and lasts for 3 days much better than the hop on hop off bus and this can be used on all methods of transport, Trains, Trams and Buses costs about €13.00 a bargain.

We arrived late by train and location is perfect as adjacent to the Station. We returned as we had stayed here last year albeit in a more expensive room for a few days. We booked a less expensive room this time as staying en route only for the night and we were not disappointed.
I thought the room and landing looked newly decorated but on enquiring they were not they just keep it well maintained. Good sized room.
Free drinks and water in fridge. Plenty of toiletries including hand sanitizer in the bathroom which we had not had provided in a bottle form in the other hotels we visited this trip. Comfortable and clean. Buffet different than last time due to Covid but there was plenty of choice and good service.

Everything at this hotel was perfect! As a discerning traveler, I am detail oriented and I couldn’t find anything wrong with the Turin Palace.

Centrally located, I was concerned about potential noise from the train station so I had a room overlooking an inner courtyard. The staff are all very warm, friendly and make one so happy to be in Italy again! Sara, in the breakfast room, was particularly delightful and would remember every morning what kind of coffee we liked. I had a manicure and pedicure with Emilie in the Spa area which was perfect in an incredibly relaxing setting. Ordy, one of the bellhops, was most helpful.

Turin is a fabulous city so I can’t wait to return!

Tip: if you park across the street in the train station parking lot, it is 16€ per day but if you go over a 24 hour period, you end of paying for the entire day. It is not prorated.

I have not written a review in quite a while, but my Turin Palace experience was so good that it prompted me to do so. The TP epitomizes what I expect from a high-quality hotel: employees who are effortlessly competent, are pleasant without being obsequious, and show initiative; attractive and impeccably clean common areas / private rooms; and very comfortable rooms.

The fifth-floor room that I picked, at the telephone recommendation of a reservation employee a few months ago, was worth the premium: it was large, extremely quiet, and had a beautiful view from inside and from the balcony). The bed was firm and comfortable, the linens were changed daily, it was decorated tastefully, and it was a very restful environment amid a busy work trip.

The breakfast buffet comprised a wide range of offerings: all that I chose tasted excellent. The fruit were particularly good.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the main train station. All in all, I have no doubt where I'll stay again the next time I am in Torino.

Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, fully equipped and very quiet (located at the rear). The bathroom is spacious and luxurious. The air conditioning is very quiet and the drinks in the minibar in the room are included in the price.
The breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room is varied and very tasty. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by car. During our stay there was temporary work on the street; our car was collected by the staff and taken to the garage.
The staff is very helpful and have great (restaurant) tips. Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 spent 3 nights during 2022 Christmas in a quadruple room at this hotel. The room is very spacious with 2 double beds, and the bathroom is also spacious and much larger than most other hotels we have stayed in Europe. There is also a small sitting area with enough chairs for 4.
A buffet breakfast is included and is served at a grand room with 2-floor high ceiling and lovely decor. The selection was exceptional and generous, exceeding my expectation for the price we paid!
The hotel also has a charming rooftop terrace where we can see a nice view of city lights. We can tell in warmer months this will be a popular and comfortable place to spend the evening!
The hotel is conveniently located right across the train station, and with major public transportation also right outside.
The staff at the reception, restaurant, and on the floor are all very professional and friendly. We chose this hotel based on TA's review, and we will most definitely stay here again if we visit Turin again!

This hotel is family owned which explains why everything is just perfect. There is no penny pinching; corners are not cut . Even the most modest room is large and the hotel is spotless.Staff are charming and intelligent.Marco came to my rescue when my Covid pass expired and Sara in the breakfast room is brilliant. The location is superb over the road from the train station which has a taxi rank as well as an entrance to metro line 1. The room fridge is replenished on a daily basis with free water and soft drinks. The aircon works and there are lots of towels and toiletries in the magnificent bathroom. On a warm evening the roof terrace is lovely to visit for a glass of Champagne. The hotel to stay at in the most beautiful of Italian cities .

As it turns out the Turin Palace really does feel like a Palace the minute you put your foot inside the revolving door. The reception area is bigger than some small hotels and just oozes class. Our room on the 5th floor looks out towards the Alps and the setting sun creates a glorious scene. The room itself is very spacious with plenty of power sockets and excellent WiFi. The contents of the mini bar are included in the price of the room. However there are no alcoholic beverages only water and soft drinks. The bed itself was big enough for my wife and I to become strangers. Luckily I have a good memory for faces. The bathroom is very well appointed and continues the feeling of being in a quality hotel. In addition to the bedroom, guests have access to a roof terrace which overlooks the city and is a must see/do experience. Breakfast! Wow, the breakfast room is big enough to be a ballroom, the tables so far apart it's not possible to hear other guests or indeed catch covid! The choice of food makes it almost impossible to choose something to eat. I've been to smaller food halls in other cities that have been a recommended sightseeing trip. The staff here are wonderful, helpful and friendly, keen to make your stay a pleasurable experience. Getting out and about is very easy via the local transport system. Both tram and bus stops are just a few steps away. We found the smartphone app the best way to access tickets for the transport to avoid the hassle of finding ticket offices. If you do want to use the app you will need your national insurance number as part of the security check.
This hotel has been the icing on the cake of our trip around Italy and beyond. It truly is a four star experience.

Is parking on site at the hotel?

They do valet parking in a secure garage. There is also a big car park underneath the station opposite which is literally over the road to the entrance to it. Hope this helps
