Upon booking I had high expectation con I’m from Torino and I saw this hotel during construction - it was the talk of the town Finally I got the chance to spend 3 nights there specifically to try it out and .. Cold environment (also literally) and almost absent customer experience - distance and coldness from everyone Amazingly poor maintenance of the room: shower stuck by calcare and leaking everywhere, room cold, temperature button not working properly, one single wardrobe 50cm wide with one shelf, curtains not sliding and one off, only one set of towels (we had to call, ask for the second set and the shower gown), Nespresso machine not working properly - superior room w view Breakfast low /,average quality sadly presented The very young stuff trying to make out their best out of good will (a plus goes to them for the effort) but too young to deliver any sort of customer experience and kinda lost, expected by this hotel The parking 30eur / day A THEFT - UN FURTO soooooooo expensive A true pity, I would not recommend neither return ! The dinner was good and the view of piazza carlina cool but for these two items there is no need to stay at NH, you just need to stand in the piazza admire it and try the many good resto in Torino w warm customer experience from the locals ! AH the bed and linen comfy ++ Arrivederci !…
On arrival, they refuse the parking although it is written it is available. Their explanation was only 30 available park places and 160 guests. I still wonder why this should be my problem as customer. On the breakfast, all you hear is: arrivo subito but I am still waiting. Terrible terrible service. It is a shame because the place is beautiful and the coffee is good. To be fair, the rooms are cleaned
We recently stayed with my Wife and it was a great stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were great as was the breakfast and the location.I would highly recommend it for a couples looking for a place to stay that is central and parkings are available nearby.
Very nice building at the heart of Torino. Premium room of high quality, wide and quiet. The staff is nice and efficient. Excellent breakfast taken in the middle of the very nice inner courtyard. Nice rooftop. Parking at sensible price.
It’s a very nice hotel, very well renovated and with high standards of construction. Too bad that the management is not setting the correct standards for safety with the staff. The personnel behind the desk is constantly not wearing masks, customers are not asked to wear masks when entering closed spaces. One morning a waitress at breakfast blew off some crumbles from the table cloth, pulling down the mask, to prepare the table for next customer. Not sure what to think about the room cleaning process, but I’m disinfecting surfaces myself considering whatI see elsewhere. If you are willing to take life threatening risks in COVID time, it’s a great place. By the way, I gave feedback to someone of the staff and they are clearly unaware (or ignoring loudly) the simple law regulations for close spaces in Italy.…
