We came on a work trip and were barely able to connect. The WiFi is extremely weak and could not handle our needs. Also our room was about 5 to 10 degrees warmer than it was outside. We spent every afternoon sweating. Breakfast is advertised as 7-10 am, but is more like 7-9. It is not close to the city center. There are better places for the same price.

i had to write a review because i see many people said it is not clean and so on...My room was clean!! The whole hotel was clean! And the bed was comfortable!! The staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was good, a great diversity to choose from. Good connection for the city centre (tram 4). For a tre star hotel it is perfect!

I booked this hotel because I wanted to be near the Faculty of Management and Economics (University of Turin). The staff were nice and polite and most of them spoke English. The breakfast was not as filling as I expected but there was a good selection of cereals, fruit, cakes, bread as well as eggs and sausages. Something that surprised me was being asked what room I was in(twice in a week). I didn't really mind the fact that that my room hadn't been decorated since the 1950s, but the bed was really uncomfortable; I think the mattress was too thin. On the plus side, you can catch the number 4 tram and be in the city centre in 15-20 minutes. There is also free Wi-Fi. Overall, not a bad experience and it wasn't expensive, but you can't really walk to the city centre (it's too far), so if you are planning on sightseeing and visiting the famous Egyptian Museum, this hotel is not for you. But if you don't mind commuting every day albeit for 15-20 minutes, give this hotel a go. The hotels in the city centre tend to be more expensive.

We are in a strategic area of the city, just a small walk from the fair, the Olympic stadium, the fiat and the university; we aren't in the center but is well connected and we have tickets for public transport. We tend to protect our guests and ask the room number if necessary ... We are sorry for the mattress, but we are always available to look for an alternative solution with a room change. Next time do not hesitate to ask at reception, we are always open and available! see you next time! Paola and all the staff

This place is the only place I have ever walked out of without unpacking!! Booked online - seemed acceptable - rated 4 star and a partner hotel of Accor Hotels. Upon arrival I was immediately uneasy about the back street location. The building itself didn’t correspond to the online photo - dirty looking - a clever photo so that you don’t see the street! Upon entering, the place was old fashioned, tatty and old. I was located room 115 - nothing like the online pictures of rooms. This was I don’t think had been decorated in the last 20+ years. I felt like I I was somewhere in the Soviet Union years ago. The cleanliness was brilliant and the walls were paper thin, I could hear the next rooms cobversation. The air con didn’t work and it was 28 degrees, when I asked about it I was told it was switched off because summer had finished. They weren’t able to supply a fan for the room. I am a long standing user of Accor Hotels all over the world and am a platinum member, this place fell far short of the standards expected and is most certainly not 4 Star! Doesn’t reflect well on the Accor group. I left and found another hotel nearby that was also advertised as 4 star but which was a world apart.

Review collected in partnership with Accorhotels.com
We stayed 2 nights and chose somewhere out of the city with easy (free) street parking but good access (tram) to the city. We also walked to the city, it is a hike but flat so not strenuous. Nice to walk off all the pizza and pasta, but not a lot to see. The hotel is basic, clean, quiet, breakfast ok. Accommodation was what we expected and really appreciated the staff taking time to suggest local places to eat.
