5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2006

I have just spent two nights in a beautiful 17thC villa near Biella about 1 hr from both Milan and Torino. It has 3 bedrooms for guests full of antiques, amazingly huge bathrooms with giant old fashioned tin tubs. We were the only guests so we had private use of a fully fitted kitchenette, a funky TV room and even the other bathroom if we needed it. The breakfast room was gorgeous , we were offered warm bread, cornettoes, freshly baked cake and eggs hams etc ... There is a lovely swimming pool and enormous grounds to walk around in with ancient fruit trees and very well maintained. The owners were so nice and friendly. She is an interior decorator which shows in the loving way the property has been restored. At 40 euros per person I really reccommend this place to anyone travelling in the area. It's almost worth going on purpose! A rare find! More
