The stay was comfortable as expexted however there were as always some small flaws.. The A/C could not be set over 23 and there was no blanket on the bed. The bread at dinner was hard and not crunchy (this is a classic), the room equipment was basic. Overall a piace i can live with travelling for business but that i will never pick if i was paying

Review collected in partnership with this hotel
The hotel is close to a metro station, which is always useful. The rooms are clean and good size. I will never return as the AC power couldn't be modified, so you would either try to sleep in an awful noise or you wouldn't turn the AC on and sweat in 2 mins during the summer in Turin. The cherry on the top was having staff entering the room twice (even without knocking) the day of the checkout - first at 9:30am, second at 10:15am while the check-out was 12pm. What's the point on going to a hotel (and a 4* one) if you can't rest?

This is at lest 1 hour walking or 30 min by public transport to any points of interest. TV doesn’t have English channels and staff are not that helpful. Room service basic and only available set times. This is not a four star hotel.

Dear guest, we apologize for any disguise You cold have met and we are sorry that You think our hotel doesn't meet Your expectation after few hours You entered the Your room. So we are at Your disposal for the rest of Your stay informing You that city center is only 10 minutes by metro from our hotel and the metro stop is just in front of us. We hope to have the time to show You that Your first impression is different from the real value of our services and our staff which is always at our guests' disposal in order to make them feel home. See You soon Best regards Stefano

Well nothing surprising there. Just another Holiday Inn. The hotel could use a full make over as it’s getting old. The rooms are spacious and clean but the decoration is old, especially the bathroom. Wifi is free and performant. The room service selection is small and not that great. Personnel was ok. I still don’t understand hotels that make you pay for parking.... the metro station nearby is very convenient.
