Appears as a very nice hotel...we are given an upgrade to a bigger room, but when we return from dinner, it is clear that we have been placed in a room facing the street, with extreme noise from traffic, trams etc. When we complained, they said that they cannot do anything, but the trams would stop before midnight, and wouldn’t start before 5-6 am! On the other hand, why worry, we were offered...earplugs 😟

We stayed for just one night, but what a wonderful experience! The room was big with carefully-chosen furniture, extremely clean. Good-quality breakfast with a delicious pear and chocolate cake. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The hotel in itself was nice. Price was very good too. Rooms are modern. Breakfast was good. The downside was that the door frame fell on us as we were exiting the room. We reported it. No one called or bothered to apologize. Location was great

I had only a brief overnight stay but the staff were all very welcoming and my room was warm and comfortable - much welcomed after a long journey. It has a most convenient location for shops, restaurants and transport. A reasonable buffet breakfast was included.

It was the 1st time in Turin and we spend 2 nights at the hotel. The first thing I didn't understand was why it was cheaper in a website than at the reception of the hotel. They said that it was an upgrade even I didn't saw it. The staff was perhaps to efficient and sometimes it becomes a cold welcome. I've chosen it for the location and for that it was great. Just in the hart of the town. However, as I travel by car, it was a big stress. The hotel is located in a special area with lots of traffic surveillance cameras. I had a permit for arriving and leaving the hotel but that's it. It's like an ax over the head. We never know if a ticket arrives you home. The public parking place was 500 meters away by over 27€ a day. The hotel was fine, nice amenities, comfortable bed but... poor breakfast for a 4* hotel. I advise to book without it because there's a lot of nice choices around. And A LOT cheaper. The breakfast room was not at the right place. We need to cross the lobby to get things. Not nice.
