For any civilised person this is a hotel of the worse kind. Please see images. There were pubic hairs (short and curly, augh!) in my bed sheets and toilet when I arrived to my room. I almost vomited when I drank a Sprite that was on the mini fridge. After tasting a disgusting flavor I checked and it expired 6 months ago!! I told the Receptionist but got no apologies. I mean if a hotel has expired drinks and pubic hairs in the guests rooms, you can only imagine how dirty the place must be for anything else (I mean, see the stair case mess in the image!!!). On top of that, upon arrival I was received by a very unfriendly/rude receptionist (short woman with short hair) which seemed to be upset at me asking her questions about the city, where to go etc. Finally the hotel is not far but still some 5-7 blocks from a proper central place (with people, shops, squares and city life) and it's very ugly and old in appearance and maintenance. No 3 stars at all. Only good thing was the night Receptionist (a man) that was kind and helpful

Hotel is a little dated and buffet breakfast was “average” but that’s pretty much where the negatives end. Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent. Great location too in the centre of Turin. Exceptionally good value. If I visit Turin again I would stay here again without hesitation.

The Hotel is an older style hotel, but it’s location is excellent. It is within walking distance to great piazzas, excellent shopping and dinning options. The staff were always helpful & friendly. The air conditioning and WiFi worked well. My only complaint would be the pillows and we had a noisy bathroom fan. The breakfast was good, typical Italian.

I have just stayed at this hotel. The best thing is its location. The hotel is old fashioned but clean and the rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. The rooms have a/c and are basic but adequate. Breakfast was included in our rate which was alright. The hotel is alright for 2 or 3 nights in Torino.

The place itself is a bit oldish. Not everywhere actually as the entrance is renovated and so is the room’s bathroom but the stairs, elevators, corridor and room’s furnishings would need to be aligned to the rest. The room was also a bit sultry and the WiFi did not work properly. The breakfast was good and sufficiently varied and the staff a bit formal but kind. What makes me recommend the hotel is the super centric location, in a lively and well located street connected to any major place to visit at walking distance and with bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Let’s say that if you are that type of voyager that spends just the nights at the hotel, this is a good place to select.
