Nice old hotel, historic, Mozart have been there. They placed all of us, more than 50 in different stages. My room as a teacher was fabulos, even it has a balcony and a bath tube.Everything was very clean .Staff was kind.Only breakfast as a group was too small. The location is central walking distance from attractions.

I've been in this Hotel for a Bussiness travel, and I have to say that it was a good Deal. The Hotel it's clean very Central and close to all the main services. The room who I've got it was a single room but with queen bed and own bathroom. A bit noisy the corridor, but amazingly clean and tidy.... More

This hotel is very proud of its history especially as Mozart stayed there for two nights. It is in the older part of the city very close to restaurants, museums, theatres etc. It has its own car park and there are trams and buses which go very close including the 'star' bus. Parts of the hotel show their age in... More

I travel a lot by myself but always like finding a place that is safe both day and night. This hit the mark. Good value, clean, charming, ideal location and friendly staff. Even had a fridge in the room. Also great breakfast spread! I'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed there June 22-23 . An old hotel, didn't see much charm. Bed was terrible, room very small. And the breakfast besides double espresso , there was nothing exciting. Sorry, but I would not recommend to stay at this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights. It would have been nice if, by the third day, the staff recognised you instead of asking your name and room number. Also, on day one we pointed out that our room had not been made up by 2pm. It was as if we had asked for the world to shift off its axis! Disappointing as... More

Cleanness is needed at the showers. Horrible beds and mattress. Please avoid coming to Dogana Vecchia. Location is not an enough reason to stay at a very old and fashion place. Rooms are not equipped with basic elements such as hair dresses. Calling to the reception to bring it up answer was pick it by yourself.

Stayed here for 1 night and had to ask to be moved 3 times. The bedding smelled of smoke on all of them and on the first occasion, the room was a horrific blue and although it's hard to explain why it just gave off.. Bad vibes. Like something nasty happened there. It's a very old hotel and the main... More

I stayed here for 3 days. It's an old building but very charming inside. I had a budget room in the modern wing at the back: It was super clean, comfortable, functional and quiet with a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a superb breakfast buffet complete with rolls, ham and salami, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, fresh... More

Hotel building is ancient, has all modern comforts including wifi, but still kept the cosy feeling of passed times. Very friendly staff, royal breakfast. Private car park in the court yard. Good location to visite the town.
