We booked three rooms at the Diplomatic through a BA deal, using their holiday finder. It was a very cheap break indeed and we weren’t expecting too much to be honest. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Turin and looks unassuming from the outside. The lobby area is a bit dark but everything else... More

I had a food allergy and contacted the hotel before hand and they sorted out a wonderful gluten free for me each day. As our flight for in early I also asked I I could drop my luggage off... More

The room we got must have been last refurbished in the 80's. Aircon very old, noisy and not blowing cold air. The skirting boards detached. The mattress too small so you hit your leg on sharp corner of the beds iron frame. Staff friendly. Breakfast ok. Location very good for city centre. We stay at the beginning of Italian holiday... We had a wonderful stay in Turin. The hotel is ideally situated near the train station and attractions. Our room, a Junior suite was perfect for our family. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast was adequate but the kids loves cake for breakfast. We shall return!

Breakfast was so bad, even the coffee, i couldn't believe that i drink that kind of coffee in Italy. Location was good close to the... More

Very nice location at walkable distance from Porta Nova susa station. The rooms are a bit small but convenient. The morning breakfast was good enough though i could not find any variations everyday. Good wi fi available
