Location; excellent. Close to many restaurants and turist places of interest. Service: very good service! Breakfast: very well stocked, a great variety of cereals, fruits, yogurts, breads coffee and tea. There is also some cheese, cold cuts, sausages and some liquidy eggs. They do special order eggs at an extra cost. Overall a very good breakfast. Ambiance: where to begin? I understand European hotels are old, and some buildings with great history, but this hotel feels old and worn out. It is in serious need of a major re decorating. The deluxe rooms are quite small, and feels old. The same furniture could be used, taking out the extremely dated wallpaper, drapes, carpet etc. Great variety of toiletries. The hotel houses a 1 Michelin star restaurant which we didnt try. I would stay here due to the location, if it is revamped a little bit.

So glad that we choose this hotel. Call the receptionist just 1 hour before just check-in. They are helpful and attentive. From the room, service, breakfast, valet parking and help with luggage. Really make our stay stressless. Breakfast is really good, even have a small garden outside. The restaurant outside the restaurant served good food and so nice to sit outside and next to a quiet street. The concierges/Receptionists are so professional and friendly. This hotel is pet-friendly and do not charged extra for pet (I think). The location is excellent!

Recently spent two nights in this hotel at the start of a tour in Piemonte. We arrive very late but our check in was handled speedily and efficiently and we were all very soon in our rooms. My husband and I had a large room/ suite ,very comfortable and quiet despite being in the city . Breakfast provided an excellent selection of food and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is very well located to see the sites of Turin and for shopping. We had a meal in a private room in the hotel in the evening which was exceptional and served very professionally.I highly recommend this hotel

So impressed with our three night stay here, staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Check in was quick and easy, our room was ready when we arrived. The room was an excellent size both bedroom and bathroom wise. Everything was absolutely immaculate, the bed was so comfortable affording an excellent nights sleep.Bathroom toiletries of a high standard and lovely soft white bath towels. Breakfast was hot and cold buffet with a very good choice especially of cold items, cheeses and cold meats salami’s, several choices for fruit juices and yoghurts, fresh fruit. Hot items included eggs and sausages. The hotel is well located and easy to walk to the train station which is around 10 minutes.Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants around. What we really liked was having dinner at one of the Hotels restaurants Camilo e Carlo, the food and service excellent. The only very small negative about the hotel was that laundry and dry cleaning is not available on the weekends. Would we stay there again, YES, definitely, highly recommend this hotel!!

The service was among the best we received in all of Europe during a recent two-week visit to the region. The front desk was able to address every need, and it never took more than 2-3 minutes for housekeeping to come to our room with ice, extra towels, . . . whatever we requested. Our room, a Junior Suite, was perfectly appointed and very large, with a walk-in closet. Amenities included a giant bowl of fruit on the first night that lasted us five days and complimentary minibar, and the included breakfast was superb.
