I'll start by stating this is better than 2, The reason I give 2 circles is that when I buked this I had better choices in same area but this showed with good rating and selected this. The main problem is that the hotel is very small, with small rooms, small elevators, small spaces. I write this for American tourists as they will be very surprised and have a dimensional shock by this doll house. The elevators will fit only one person with small luggage. In the room I banged in the bed and the chair many times as is very small and only slightly bigger than the small bed. I don't think a person in wheel chair can get in any of the rooms alone. In a few words for same price similar location there are better options. Also very noisy mostly from inside. On the positive side the hotel was clean and personnel helpful. Nice location. Local buss connects to airport for E8 one way.

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights and I found it great quality price. The location is perfect, all the furniture in the room is new, modern and well kept. The room was very clean. I can’t remember the name of the receptionist that checked me in, but she was lovely, and when I told her on the phone that I was bringing a small dog, she made me find some amenities in my room, which was very nice of her. The breakfast was excellent and perfect for Covid safety, everything was packed separately. I gave this stay 5 stars, I will only give some small recommendations because you can always improve. First, the cleaning lady asked me to not leave my food delivery bags outside of the door. I think maybe there can be a bit more flexibility with this seeing as with the new DPCM the only option for guests is to take out delivery for dinner... maybe leave some common trashed next to the floor elevators as well? Also, the furniture was set in such a way that I couldn’t open the closet, I had to move around the furniture in order to open the closet. Aside from these details, everything was perfect. Thank you

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. I stayed one night after a week in the region, and had to leave before breakfast. Nevertheless, they arranged for me to have something to eat and drink in the reception area. For convenience, this hotel has a brilliant location: just minutes from both the railway station and a stop for the airport bus. The historic squares and museums of Turin are also very close.

The rooms are quite okay.. Very polite reception. The only thing that is missing is a better breakfast.. Quite boring breakfast , often missing and they clean and make the food very slow. If you can stay here without breakfast I would recommend the hotel.. very good location.
