What a haven in the hills just outside Asti . The owner , a wonderful American lady was most welcoming. The ambience of La Casa Celeste is a unforgettable experience of beautiful surroundings with taste , beauty and tranquility . Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend a visit to relax and reflect on life . Thank you .
I am a solo american who came to work in Asti for 90 days. I chose La Casa Celeste as my temporary residence. Couldnt have picked better! I felt as if I were at home. The owner is friendly, helpful and welcoming. The house is beautiful, clean & in a tranquil area. The pool was refreshing on the many sultry days. The food selection was divine and the poolside bar was the perfect end to a long work day. 5 stars for sure!!
My wife and I have been here multiple times since August. The location, service and rooms are simply fabulous! And the hosts an exquisite couple, indeed. Well, looking forward to visiting soon again!! Stefano G.
We stayed here on route from Tuscany back to France and had a very restful overnight stay. The owner, Ornella, is a lovely host and made us feel very welcome in her home. She also recommended a local restaurant outside Asti where we enjoyed a very good dinner. The room was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped and the breakfast was excellent.
Ornella, the hostress and owner of the villa, is the epitome of warm Piedmontese hospitality. She was just lovely, so genuine, endearing, and honest! She had wrongly charged us an extra 10 euros on our checkout, which we didn't realise and came chasing after us to return it as we were loading our luggage onto our car. We said to keep it and she refused, insisting it wouldn't be honest. The villa is bright and cheerful, made us feel most at home of all the different places we had stayed at in Piedmont. The breakfast room was just as cheery and the food excellent. Overall, a great great place to stay in Piedmont - just a 5minute drive away from the Asti town and central to most places in the Piedmont region. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.. in fact, I now aspire to own a place like Casa Celeste! Just note that the road leading back to the villa at night can be a little dark.. so don't drink too much before you drive back to the villa!…
