The staff were very friendly. Our room was comfortable. A few steps down to get to the lift. The power plugs in our room did not fit our European adapters. and we asked at the desk and were given an extra adaptor, a pity they didn't let us know straight away. The breakfast was very good. Bathroom was large, towels...

The hotel is located not so far from the city center, you can reach the city by foot. It was a trip for four days. The only thing I didn't like in this hotel is internet, it is really terrible. Apart this, staff is so so friendly, tasty food.

The experience of staying here was full of highs and lows. On the plus side, the hotel is in a great location - easy to access from the motorway and within walking distance from the town centre and many attractions. There is free car parking behind the hotel. There is also underground parking at a chargeable fee. There is great...

The hotel staff goes out of their way to assist their guests with any request, question or advise. Do not forget to enjoy the restaurant, where you'll have the opportunity to meet Piero, the restaurant "Chief Conductor" - the most friendly and efficient waiter you probably ever met in Italy.

The hotel has a good location: a 10 minute walk to the centre of Pavia. We only stayed there for one night and we had a clean, comfortable and quiet room with a working airco, a clean and spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, an indoor parking space (not for free) and a simple breakfast. Very friendful and helpful...

Maybe a bit outdated (see other reviews), however that does not change the location: still at the right spot when we talk Pavia. A big room, a perfect bed, a effective working AC, a shower (OK, man size 50 likes these bigger), and clean. In every spot! We had dinner with them: surprisingly well.

Rosengarten is 5 star for me. Helpful and friendly staff. It is close to the train station, ( 5 min walking, but quiet). My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The adjoining restaurant serves beautiful food. The asparagus risotto was delicious. I always stay here when in Pavia. The town is charming as is the hotel.

The hotel is very spatious ! It is near the city of Pavia and close to the train station. It is a perfect place to relax. The rooms are clean; but the breakfast could be better. However, I totally recommend this hotel.
