During the Spring Festival to play in Europe, live in France and Italy, Milan Mandarin Oriental can be said to be the best! Next to the Milan Armani also lived a wave, the two are very suitable for each other, the distance is only 100 meters, but the price difference is more than twice. Coming to Milan Mandarin Oriental just on New Year's Eve, it directly raised the Milan set, and the house price on that day was 1350 + Euro, which directly made money! In the evening, I booked their Michelin two star restaurant. The service, taste and environment are all first-class. The chef also came out to ask about his feelings. The service is better than the bottom of the sea on the whole. The hot towels are wiped, the water is poured continuously, the table top is cleaned, and a variety of free dishes are mostly offered. The six dishes ordered directly are 235 per capita. It seems that other pictures haven't been taken very well. The hotel is very hidden in that way The feeling of small luxury hotels in the city, if you come again, you will definitely stay! In addition, the welcome ceremony is very attentive, and the night bed is also very good.

My second stay in this beautiful and elegent hotel which always make me comfortable and cosy.
This is my habbit to take cold water bath and warm water as I believe in cold therapy. Unfortunately, the tap handle could not turn to provide cold water. I went to the front desk in the morning requesting repair and it was already fixed in the afternoon.
The concierge also efficient in calling a van for six of us, showing the location of the shops and room delivery of our shopping gifts.
Certainly, mandarin oriental hotel is my first choice to stay wherever I go.

My wife and I visited Milan recently and stayed in this beautiful hotel. The hotel is located in the center of the shopping areas and 5 mins away from all main attractions by foot, like Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. We enjoyed walking tour and see many local shops, restaurants and meet nice local people near by the famous teatro allan scala which is nearby the hotel.
The room is spacious and tastefully decorated. The amenities provided in the room are with Italian influences and luxury at the most. But what really make this hotel so unique are the guest service. Just like every Mandarin Oriental hotel, the staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and really care about how the guest can enjoyed the most while staying in the hotel. As a traveler who is 1st time in Milan, I will not enjoy this short trip so much without thier assistance and recommendations.
The only thing less than perfect is the most popular Michelin Star Restaurant in Milan, Seta wasn't able to accommodated us for dinner, which clearly is my fault and I should book it way earlier. So if you plan to visit Milan and do remember to make your reservation for the best restaurant in the city. Overall, Milan is indeed a beautiful place to visit and I will highly recommend Mandarin Oriental for anyone who are keen to explore the Italian culture and gastronomy.

Staff are very attentive, especially the Concierge team who recommended excellent restaurants! The hotel is in a great location, with bars, restaurants and shops all within a 5-minute walk. Room was always cleans with an amazing bathroom. The Spa is a great feature which adds to the hotel amazing amenities available. Couldn't fault the staff nor service, would highly recommend!

Thank you to all the staff at the Mandarin for looking after us during a beautiful stay.
We felt very safe, the high standard of hygiene and preventative safety gave us great confidence.
We booked the swimming pool and spa treatments and enjoyed them greatly also due to the fact we had it all to ourselves.
We had an amazing night at Seta and the food was outstanding.
Milan is very safe to enjoy with people wearing masks outdoors and less tourists and there are no problems with crowding.
We look forward to seeing you next time .

From the moment we checked in we were treated with utmost care and professionalism, the Mandarin Suite exceed our expectations, extremely spacious with countless amenities. The staff went to every length to make sure we were taken care of, to collecting our shopping bags to providing us with extra amenities we liked in our room. Thank you to the hotel and the gracious staff!

I really wish they did a 10* Review as hands down this place deserves it. We checked into the Milan Mandrain on Easter Sunday we where early on arrival. Checkin was smooth bags taken care of. We where quickly checked in and our room wasn’t quite ready so we where shown to the outside terrace for a drink while we waited. Around 40 mins later the room was ready i went to pay the bill and was told that was on the hotel as our room wasn’t ready on arrival. This was an excellent touch they made it out like it was their fault when I wasn’t due for a 3pm checkin. This is what I call service exceptional.

We then arrived on the 5th floor to our beautiful room with a balcony over looking the city. Room was impeccably clean and stunning layout for a Deluxe King it was larger than it looked online. Finely modern furnishings with practical spaces and good use of it. Housekeeping was spot on couldn’t ask for better folded clothes and left the place spotless.

We ate in the hotel for lunch and for dinner and the food was beautifully presented and tasted like it looked.

Honestly the staff in this hotel just made the whole experience luxury and effortless.

I want to think all the bar and Resturant staff especially for their service and hard work. Along with the entire team that made this Easter weekend extremely unforgettable trip to Milan. We will be back!

One other tiny detail they made the best French 75 I’ve ever had!

That's an excellent hotel in the heart of Milan with high Mandarin Oriental standards. Hotel staff are amiable. Rooms are equipped perfectly. There is an amazing Michelin starred restaurant Seta where we spent a fantastic time. But try to avoid breakfast - there are no food and no service. It seems like a separate cafe occasionally appeared in Mandarin Oriental. It might be some reason to have such a poor breakfast included and have more orders a-la-cart, but I don't want to reason fields where I'm not a good specialist. It just disappoints, especially when you pay for a suite room of more than €1K per night. I’ll try to find some street cafe for breakfast tomorrow instead of a buffet in Mandarin Oriental.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Mandarin Room, the hotel is very centrally located but feels calm and relaxed inside. It was very hot so we decided to spend the first day in the spa, we had excellent massages and I felt so much better. I love the beds in MO hotels, they are the best for a great nights sleep and the rooms are dark and quiet. We had a lot of cocktails and an excellent meal in Seta, there are a lot of suprise
courses, it left us very full and happy.

To start, Mandarin Oriental is one of our favorite hotel chais, but it was Mandarin Oriental Milan that made us love it more. We stayed (and continue to stay) at Mandarin Milano quite a few times, returning every time because of the prior experience. The understated luxury feels in everything: from Dr.Vranjes scent in the lobby and hallways to the superb service at the reception and by the porters, and by the wonderful restaurant staff. The personalized greeting in the morning, and attention to details deserves a special praise. One of the waiters, Dennis Palmieri, would surprise us by giving us our favorite table or brining a sweet treat in the morning noticing that I always order it.
Those little details make us feel home and come back to Mandarin Oriental Milan every time we are visiting this wonderful city. It is truly our home away from home in Milan. Thank you.

It is at the roof top, where the bar is. But it’s very small and not likely open in the Winter time.
