We stayed 3 nights last year in September 2018. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area and is close to the metro which is ideal. The price was also affordable but because of this you will only get the bare minimum. Room looks basic which is fine but the hallway had no lights on and the doors can be difficult to shut when leaving your room. As well as this, the walls seem to be made of paper as you can hear conversations, people packing and leaving rooms ect: when lying on the bed. The reception staff are very helpful and nice though and always welcome you as you enter the hotel In all, the price makes up for the hotels shortcomings. Personally, I will probably end up spending a bit more next time to stay somewhere more modern/premium if I end up coming to Milan again
The hotel is located very close to the railway station and thus close to the metro as well. Many bars and restaurants around. It’s simple but the rooms are clean and functional. Only complaint; the additional shower for the toilet was not usable because the water came out only at the side. The regular shower did work. It was however fixed. Something I don’t like. The staff at the reception was extremely polite and helpful. The price was surprisingly cheap for hotel in such an excellent location. In comparison to the price this hotel offers more than you would expect in Milan.
When I arrived at the hotel the lady behind the counter was very lovely. However, I an a solo traveller and have found the make staff to be very horrible and rude. If a guests visits you they say they need to see ID I said fair enough however they have then responded that they need to rwbt our a room. Allegedly they have informed me that he hotel has a last as brothel. Guests are unwelcome The rooms towels are unclean At night the rooms are noisy I have not enjoyed my stay here for the same amount or lower you are able to have a clean and safer hotel with better facilities. I do not think that customer service is high on the agenda.
This hotel doesn’t deserve a star. The worst hotel and worst service ever. Very rude and unprofessional. No elevators either. Please avoid this place. There are lots of cheap and better hotels around the area.
We stayed at Hotel Nettuno for 1 night and decided to leave the morning after. The room was located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so you have to drag your suitcases, as soon as I arrived I felt like I was in an abandoned house as the colours were horrible. The socket don't work at all, I left my phone on charge and after 3 hours it charged only 2% and none of the bedside lamps were working. The day after we woke up with back pain as we could feel the mattress spring while lying on the bed, we couldn't have a shower because there was no water, the towels were all stained and the shower curtain was disgusting. We decided decided to check out and move to another hotel which was nicer and cleaner. Staff at the reception was very nice and polite, always ready to help us with any request. The hotel is central but you still have to walk for 15/20 minutes from Milano Centrale.…
