Room spacious and modern , furniture functional Would definitely return Bar and restaurant excellent too
We have booked allready serveral times in this hotel. So we did again. But due to the dangerous situation in Italy at the moment (Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak) we would like to cancel the room. But an unfriendly receptionist denied our request. So sad.
Avoid at all costs. Horrific. Room key did not work on three nights in a row, reported to reception who did absolutely nothing about it. Waited outside for over 45 minutes after midnight with all sorts of dodgy characters roaming the halls. No alternative room offer, totally appalling customer service and broken place. Undoubtedly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
Nhow Hotel Milano is located in Via Tortona, the beating heart of Milan's Design district, an artistic vibrant area packed with independent fashion stores, designers' studios and cultural meeting places featuring amongst others the Armani/Silos museum, the David Chipperfield-designed MUDEC (a sleek museum of art & culture) and Superstudio 13 - Italy's largest photographic studio - just founded off via Tortona back in 1983. Housed in the former General Electric factory, the Nhow hotel presents itself as an exhibition space and creative hub where the care for avant-garde cosmopolitan aesthetic is at its highest, from the Medusa methacrylate chandeliers by Jacopo Foggini to the armchairs designed by Matteo Thun for Frau. Got there a 20 sq.m. "Double or Twin Room" for a night. The hotel is the one of the most popular choices for business trips and events (Deloitte Milan HQ stands 400 m. away along the same street), comfortable and glamour but far from the lavish upscale sector. Perfect for young businessmen and tourists. Only one small remark: I recall I needed a USB socket to charge my iPhone 'cause I had the USB cable with me but not the Apple USB power adapter and the only available USB socket was the TV USB port one.…
Like in previous visits the hotel has consistently maintained a very high level of service and a great place for all the nearby attractions. The location is superb and the staff is very kind and polite and the breakfast is really superb - lots of choice. Also love the artwork through out the hotel.
