we love this Hotel, the location is great and the service although is not as good as it used to be it is still all right. We hope to return and we also hope some improvement as we like to stay here in our future visits to Milano.

Hotel is located so that you can either travel in the underground or walk to the city centre. Our room was spacious with a good size bathroom too. Reception staff were very helpful and always available. The hotel is very clean and has the facilities for a great few days away

The Mercure Hotel Centro is perfectly located to enjoy Milan. Like most of our vacations in major cities, we try to stay a little away from the main tourist area, but close to a metro. This location features a metro station literally out the front door and the beautiful Giardini Pubblici across the street. Easy access to all of Milan's... More

Although not a fan of Milan; certainly not on my list of places to revisit in Italy, I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed staying the night in this hotel. Location for shopping and sightseeing is excellent, rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are very attentive. If you like Milan or have to go there, you could do a... More

We stayed only one night but wished we had been able to stay longer. Very clean and tidy and we had a great view of the square. Also very close to the metro. Lots of shops and restaurants close by to walk to. Buffet breakfast was nice and reduced from €12 to €10 if agreed to the night before. Very... More

A combined business/pleasure trip here was very much enjoyed. Staff are friendly and helpful rooms clean spacious and well appointed. We had a nice view of the square. Location is ideal for walking into the old town or a quick metro trip. Just 1 drawback the breakfast room is very small and there can be a sizeable wait if you... More

Very nice hotel. The staff was wonderful and helpful especially with wifi. We love the key because of its 2nd purpose of turning the electricity on in the room. Great energy saver. Really nice room and comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean place too. Location was good. Which we could have stayed longer.

These days, you expect every 4 star city hotel to have a usable wifi facility. The wifi here was the slowest I've experienced for at least 10 years. A short YouTube video took over 5 minutes to download. Luckily we were on holiday - if I had been there on business I'd have had to move to another hotel. The... More

It was during Salon de Mobil that we were in Milan and predictably, hotel rooms were at a premium. Everything was at least three times more expensive and more frustratingly, unavailable. A friend (Accord member) helped us book a room at the Mercure Milano Centro at an exorbitant rate so we cut short our visit. It’s neat, it’s compact and... More
