The rooms were so unclean. Dirt all around. The receptionist were not there before 8:30 in the morning. So I have to return from my work to turn back the room keys. The furnitures were at the verge of breaking. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever had. They never mentioned while booking that the bathroom were outside... More

Seriously, I’m not joking, this is the absolute WORST “hotel” I’ve ever stayed on, both room and customer service were HORRIBLE. I would hardly call it a “hotel”, it doesn’t even have a proper reception desk, its more like an old office with a few rooms that they decided to rent, everything was turned off when we arrived and didn’t... Had to pay cash. Very very dirty room (big things of dust under the bed, moldy walls, very non-sanitary bathroom (nice, the little yellow puddle on the bathtub). When I opened the door, a one-leg coachroach nicely welcomed me and my little sister. Now talking about the TV that wasn't even working (oh, but the wire was fixed with some... More

DON'T STAY HERE! FOR CHRIST'S SAKE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! We booked this hotel due to the close location to the Milan Train Station and to just spend the night. We booked thorough Booking.com and a few days before of our actual stay we started receiving notifications saying that our card was being declined and therefore... More

The location is the only good thing about this property. Don't try to book your room via a credit card. They will tell you they are having trouble with your card. What will happen is you will have to pay cash when you arrive. I don't think they even have a credit card machine. Make sure you have cash. DO... More

We were booked in for four nights but only stayed for two as both nights we couple sleep due to noise. On the first night the two receptionists had loud music on in the lobby and were continuously talking to other people they had in here. They showed no consideration at all to the guests, only interested in having a... More

The location is great because it is really close to Milano Centrale, but the building isn't well maintained and the rooms could be cleaner. For the breakfast I recommend to go to some cafe nearby, there are a few.

Staying in Bicocca

Neighborhood Profile
Bicocca
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
