One of the worst hotels in Milan, extremely rude unethical staff. The only reason I booked it was because of location. When we arrived after booking in advance, they said there are no rooms available. And then they updated as "no show" !!! I will not advise anyone to stay at this hotel even if they are offering free accommodation.

..unless you are sure you are arriving during school hours or thereabouts. This may be a hotel but they do not understand that clients have transport that brings them in outside of 730 PM. Even though the sites say check in upto midnight - this is not true They do not understand nor care that flights get delayed. And so... More

Worst welcoming I've had in my entire life, they are thieves, they told me I was "no show" because I arrived at 10.30pm when I had wrote them and it was agreed. How come this hotel can still welcome customers ?

Stay away! We made a reservation for 1 night here because it was so close to the Central Station. Once we got there the guy at the reception desk told us he can't do any check-ins! We reserved the room at 8 PM and payed online and we got there at around 9 PM. He told us to go to... More

The advantage is the location next to the Centrale station. We had to pay cash or else there was an exţa charge. The room ,the walls were dirty.During the night we were hearing the water from the upstairs toilet.Generally an unhealthy room.

First of all i have to say that the location is really great, and for that price you would probably not be able to find anything nearer to city center. I read all the reviews before our trip, so i was really scared (so i decided to take my sleeping bag with me) but it wasnt as bad as i... More

Goodbye Hotel Valley and hello to Soperga Hotel across the street... Let's just say I have learned my lesson about reading customer comments and checking Trip Advisor ratings BEFORE booking a hotel... "Momma are we really so poor that we have to stay here?". If a price seems too good to be true, it probably is! I booked the room... More

The rooms were so unclean. Dirt all around. The receptionist were not there before 8:30 in the morning. So I have to return from my work to turn back the room keys. The furnitures were at the verge of breaking. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever had. They never mentioned while booking that the bathroom were outside... More

Seriously, I’m not joking, this is the absolute WORST “hotel” I’ve ever stayed on, both room and customer service were HORRIBLE. I would hardly call it a “hotel”, it doesn’t even have a proper reception desk, its more like an old office with a few rooms that they decided to rent, everything was turned off when we arrived and didn’t... Staying in Bicocca

Neighborhood Profile
Bicocca
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
