This was not planned hotel for us, but used due to some kind of strike, but this was in our favor. The best location ever, very modern hotel and good rooms, excellent service and gorgeous breakfast (one of the best in Italy). Certainly recommendable

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I prioritized prize and location above comfort but I was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice hotel. The toilet was shared but I did not find that too troublesome since there was both a shower, sink and bidet in the room. My room also had a balcony towards the courtyard. The...

The staff was exremely unfriendly and unhelpful! Breakfast was scarce and despite what they advertise, they charged us for an extra cup of coffee. The wi-fi did not work most of the time. Since it is an old house turned into a hotel, you have no sense of privacy! Definately overpriced and best to avoid!

Visited the room at the last minute. Room was good value for money and the place was quite central. Well connected via trams and buses as well. It is a nice family run hotel and there is that feel to it and the owner is a really polite & helpful with directions / suggestions, etc.

I stayed 3 nights over the weekend waiting for the Italian post office to open again so I can stay in italy! I stayed because it was close by my old accommodation and it was cheap. The whole place is pretty grotty, dirty looking. The manager looks like billy bob Thornton who has always creeped me out. He didn't offer...

While previous reviewers have said they were mislead about the air conditioning I will admit I didn't check before booking. If you're going to stay in Milan in summer make sure you book somewhere with A/C! We stayed here in June 2012 for 2 nights and had no problems apart from the no A/C factor. There was a ceiling fan...

We chose this hotel because we needed a reasonably priced hotel to stay in Milan. This one seemed like a perfect match. The price was right, the reviews were good, and it stated on our booking site that it had all the amenities we needed, including free parking, high speed internet access, and air conditioning in the rooms. When we...

Some aspects of the Lonely Planet review are fair, but I feel this hotel is so expensive to defy logic. 190 Euro per night for a double room. Rooms badly lit. Noisy and poorly furnished. The hotel is some distance from the Duomo. I just think better value is out there. I only managed breakfast one morning, the coffee so...

I stayed at the De Albertis for 2 nights on a budget trip to Milan. I paid 100 Euros for 2 nights accomodation including breakfast, booked through Venere, which I consider to be good value for money. I believe the hotel is family owned and the lady of the house made me welcome on my arrival. My room was clean...
