This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and well appointed, although the bath tubs are a little small. The staff are fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating , with a real aim to serve and please your requirements. There is a great health club with a wonderful steam room. It is hard to find any where that the property is let down apart from the dealing and negotiation of rates. For that they are quite hard, and difficult to deal with, and very obstinate a lot of the time. Its a shame as every other part of the stay has been fabulous.

The hotel is within walking distance from the shopping district. The dining room is very elegant. It has high ceiling so it is very comfortable and relaxing to dine there. The food is excellent and the service is impeccable. I shall return to this restaurant in future.

Just had a wonderful four night stay in this lovely hotel. They do so, so many things right that so many other hotels just get wrong. For example, the bathroom is brightly lit, the shower is the best hotel shower I have ever experienced, there was a full size BaByLiss hair dryer, and automatic blackout shades assured a great night sleep. The coffee and tea station was well-stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the champagne on the coffee table was a welcome greeting. In addition, the staff throughout the hotel is extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The bartenders could suggest drinks off the top of their heads, the restaurant servers added to the festive ambiance, and the Front Desk staff warmly greeted guests at every instance. We have stayed all over the world at many 5 Star properties where excellent service is expected and, generally, is not even noteworthy. One staff member at the Palazzo Parigi, however, performed something truly extraordinary that still leaves me in awe. After flying all night and arriving at the hotel sleep deprived, I realized I had left my coat in the back of the taxi I had taken from the airport. I was devastated but the front desk staff directed me to Andrea Baldassare at the Concierge desk and assured me that if anyone could find my coat, he could. Andrea asked me for the name of the taxi that I had taken or for any details I could remember but all I could remember was that it was white. My credit card receipt for the ride did not even show the company name. Despite this dearth of information, Andrea set about to find my coat. He called several taxi companies to no avail. He ultimately spoke with the Milan Taxi Commission who in some manner was able to track the cab I had taken and inform Andrea that they had found the driver. Andrea then contacted the driver who returned my coat just in time for me to wear it for a night out on the town. I was beyond thrilled. I thought I was never going to see my beautiful coat again. Andrea is truly a knight in shining armor and a credit to the Palazzo Parigi. This is a wonderful hotel for anyone wishing to sightsee, shop, or attend opera in Milan.

We travel to Italy 2 or 3 times a year. I'm always happy with the hotels we stay in. Palazzo parigi was the nearest 5 star hotel to our exhibition. Rooms are fine, not like the pictures. It was OK.. 1. Our luggage reached the room with 1 handle out. ( our luggage cost €2500) 2. Total 4 coffee capsules in the room (2 are decaffeinated) , which is fine, we drank the 2 and the next day no refill, 3rd day called to request. Cups and glasses not washed 2 days, then 2 cups took away without bringing back. 3. My water flosser machine got broken and I did not complain. 4. Shampoo and shower gel only refill if I call for it. 5. Our flight is 10:20 pm so will leave the city by 7 pm. Since we booked we are requesting late checkout, while checking in requested again. The last night as well. So our room is booked! Need to pay €600 extra to stay in a different room.. However I understand the roles, but being nice and trying to please the client is what they are supposed to do. Reception staff unfriendly , need to be trained. Specially MATTIO. Nothing is special about the hotel, only the nice flowers in the lobby 🙂

Dear Fatma A, First of all thank you for sharing your experience that highlights some points of improvement related to the care and attention to our guests, which is what matters most to us. All the spaces of Palazzo Parigi, from the common areas to the rooms, include details that have been meticulously studied. I am sorry you only partially appreciated them. I am also sorry for the inefficiencies that you encountered. Surely we would have done our best to solve them well and quickly, if we had the chance to know all of them when they occurred. I can assure you this. Unfortunately, your request of late check-out was not reported to us from your travel agency at the time of booking. However, what I regret the most is the fact that once you directly asked for it, we could not be able to offer you an adequate solution to your needs with a nice and professional attitude. Actually I confirm that late check-out cannot be guaranteed and requires an extra charge. Nevertheless, you perceived this message negatively from our Staff, so I agree that we could have done more and better in different ways, in order to transfer you our gratitude for choosing Palazzo Parigi for your stay in Milan. As we did at check-in, when we gave you a free double upgrade to a Premium room. I can only apologize for this. The whole Palazzo Parigi team and I would like to have another chance to change your view on us. We really hope to have you with us again. Kind regards, Paola Giambelli Founder & Managing Director

This is a beautiful hotel from the moment you enter the lobby. This is the 1st place I have ever stayed where it was complimentary to use the spa facilties such as pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. They have a beautiful relaxation area where you can have tea, tidbits, etc. It was like a beautiful living room. Everything about this hotel was perfect. I really thought housekeeping did a great job too. They always left us bottles of water on our nightstands & we had turn-down service every night with cookies. We loved how close the hotel was to the Brea district. A beautiful area with lots of outdoor restaurants. I felt like there was nothing more They could have done to make my stay any better.

Dear LindawR301KA, Thank you for your time and for having shared such a positive feedback. I want to let you know that I will keep your comment among the best reviews received; it is a great satisfaction for me to read how much you have valued and awarded our service and our welcome with your kind words. Definetely a great booster for the whole team! It is so true that Brera district becomes more and more pleasant to spend free time, thanks to its different attractions, such as Pinacoteca di Brera and the many restaurants and shops. I am so delighted to know you have enjoyed your time here at Palazzo Parigi and it’s truly a pleasure for me to read your appreciation about the services provided by our Grand Spa as well as your compliments for the housekeeping service. I really hope to welcome you again. Best regards, Paola Giambelli Founder & Managing Director

Dear Ben F, I am really sorry to read your comment, which seems to be your first review. As far as I can see, you enrolled to TripAdvisor only to generate your feedback and I do not understand how TripAdvisor actually accepted this post. Please note that I am deeply regretted also because unfortunately, as your statements are generic, not contextualised and even incomplete, I am not able to respond properly. Is it possible that no one from our staff is saved from your disappointment? I care to assure that each member of the team strives to be always kind, helpful and polite with all our guests.
